JopieK Posted February 11, 2013 Posted February 11, 2013 nice little MOC!!! Now you need that classic canadian post LEGO sets (the van and truck ;)) Quote
lightningtiger Posted February 11, 2013 Author Posted February 11, 2013 Thanks for the positive vibes on this piece everyone......ah, yes those early 80's sets......perhaps a postal van instead of a pick up truck will make it more Canadian.....maybe also some visiting ice hockey players too ! This will have a pitched roof similar to my Australian Post Office.....I'll be working on that tomorrow,,,,,,,Keep watching ! Quote
lightningtiger Posted February 12, 2013 Author Posted February 12, 2013 Just quickly I got the roof on this morning but ceiling and floor yet to come.....when they are done I'll photograph from the rear of the post office. Keep watching ! Quote

LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted February 12, 2013 Posted February 12, 2013 The post offices are one of my favourite set along with gas stations, so is great to see a new post office from you with your attention to real life details. lightningtiger Posted February 13, 2013 Author Posted February 13, 2013 (edited) You have a great affinity for building these smaller structures. Keep up the good work. Thank you 'brodey1', yes it's a bit old school classic town of me to come up with smaller buildings sometimes.....in this case it's because of it being in a small Canadian village. Ceiling coming hopefully tomorrow.....keep watching ! Edit - I have created a female minifig to work in the post office.....dressed quite springtime like too.....updating tomorrow.....need fresh batteries ! Edited February 13, 2013 by lightningtiger Quote
lightningtiger Posted February 14, 2013 Author Posted February 14, 2013 Ceiling done..... I swapped the terminal and parcel weighing scales over so it looked easier to operate the equipment. Now for similar images of a day or so ago.....but with better lighting.... Comments welcome.....check out the CO-OP Agro Centre for better close ups of the interior. Quote
