Going to bed soon... To change votes or not change votes. I'm not getting a particularly scummy read on Jordan, though he did over-react. That's been his unpleasant thing, I guess. We all have our demons.

Unless any passionate defenses come up in the next couple of hours, I'll switch up my vote before I pass out and put the nail in Jordan's coiffy coffin.

I'm not really sure if the case is stronger against Alice than it is against Jordan, so I'll keep my vote where it is.

Babs, you sure do sleep at funny times. Why not wait until the night to sleep? Unless you're going to be up at night? *oh2*

Yes, I sleep when night comes. Are you implying it is 'funny' to sleep at night? It's very dark where I am. That means it's night.

And the case is Mary vs Jordan. A vote for Alice at this point would be blatantly scummy since it's the same as throwing away your vote (which is why voting should always be mandatory... it forces people to somewhat play).

Let's vote for Timmy tomorrow.

With 11 (?) People voted for Jordan, we need two more to have a lynch. I think we should have a lynch, I'm not against no lynches per se, but depending on what happens at night, we will probably play the game on the scum's terms. The lynch looks like it's going to be Jordan's, He has disappeared, again. Both candidates are suspicious to me, honestly. I really don't think Jordan's attitude (You have one, dude), is one of a towny. He was threatening the town before he was in danger of getting lynched, and continues with the "You'll see, I can't wait to flip town!" That's not particuarly town behaviour. Mary I feel should also be contributing more than she is now, if she's town. She keeps making short statements that say: "It was a mistake." "What the other guy did was worse." I don't know what to think...

Actually, I could see this as Jordan's attitude if he were Town. He's been very bitter towards Mafia recently and that may actually be his mindset: "I'm Town. Screw you guys for suspecting me." :sceptic:

He's done nothing to disprove those supsicions though. Clearly a lot of people are suspicious of him, hence the votes, yet Jordan calls people out for having a bad attitude and things like that. That doesn't really do anything to take away suspicion

Alright, to satisfy people's apathy,

Unvote Mary (Boywonder)

Vote Jordan (Tamamono)

Sorry Jordan, I think this is for the best, in order to have peace of mind.

Meh, whatever. I'd rather be lynched now than when it actually counts. Good luck, town.

:hmpf:

And what the hell am I supposed to do to stop people from suspecting me? Should I get on my knees and grovel? Claim an unbelievable role? Fact is, Scuba, you're doing your usually tunnelvision thing, and even if I was revealed to be the town cop or something right now, you still wouldn't unvote me. And you know what, if that's the way you want to play, that's fine, go ahead. Just don't pretend that I could have convinced you I was town at any point during the day. :hmpf:

I guess at this point my vote doesn't really mean anything, but vote: Jordan (Tamamono). I tend to be annoyingly indecisive and reluctant to place votes, especially on the first day, and for that I apologize. The only reason I find Jordan more suspicious than Mary is because he started taking that defeatist, "wait until I turn up Innocent tomorrow" attitude the moment a couple of people started voting for him. I'll let hope triumph over experience and pray that Jordan turns up as a Thief tomorrow.

I'm not sure if it's funny or sad that one of the primary cases against Jordan is his constant use of :hmpf: . Then again, from what I hear about games of life, people have been lynched on the first day for doing stupid things like putting on accents ( ). Hopefully Jordan's lynch will give us something to work with.

Funny, it's dark where you and it's bright where I am and yet we are in the same room. Are you hiding in the closet or something? :poke:

Oh, I thought you people were talking about Alice and Jordan, because Alice was being discussed at the time.

Where has Alice gone, by the way? I know she said she was summarizing things, scummy behavior to leave and not say anything.

Nice of you to not notice ages before you said this that I did exactly what I said I was going to do and go through things before voting. A bit dark in your tunnel, is it?

Well, she has come back and made three summarizing posts and then finally placed a vote. She said she wanted to check things out, but mostly just found more reasons to summarize about the two current lynch candidates. I would think that if she was checking things out, as she claimed, she might find something a little more than just more of what everyone else had already been saying. Although I admit I do not know Alice very well, or if she would normally be likely to analyze player behavior, besides what people are telling her to be wary of.

I'm sorry I didn't find anything extraordinary out with my analysis. It's Day One and we don't have a lot to go on, as everyone knows. But I didn't want to place my vote until I'd done that, chance to unvote later or not. I'm being thorough here, it's what the situation deserves. I know people don't really know me here, but this is how I am doing things.

Note: Matthew / Adam's vote does not count as it was after the day "ended".

Final Vote Count:

Mary / TheBoyWonder: 7 (Rufus, ADHO15, Capt.Redblade, The Legonater, Captain Genero, Tamamono, Rumble Strike)

Susan / TinyPiesRUs: 1 (badboytje88)

Jordan / Tamamono: 13 (Hinckley, Waterbrick Down, Scubacarrot, TrumpetKing67, Piratedave84, CorneliusMurdock, Sandy, Peanuts, Dannylonglegs, Palathadric, CallMePie, Nightshroud99, def)

Diane / TrumpetKing67: 1 (TheBoyWonder)

With 24 players, a majority of 13 is needed. Therefore, Jordan has been convicted. Please lock this thread for now.

Jordan / Tamamono stood surrounded by his fellow passengers. It had taken the entire day, but they had finally reached a lynch at the very last few hours.

"This is totally not cool. This is like, the opposite of cool. Uncool." he said.

But they weren't hearing anything of it.

"Haven't any of you guys forgotten your name before, yo? Whatever, as long as I'm swaggy I know I'll survive anything."

img_5980.jpg

"Alright, let's get a move on. It's time for your interrogation."

"Interro-what?" Jordan asked.

img_5981.jpg

"Stop right there!" a man said as he stepped from the crowd. "I can't let you harm this boy!"

"I'm eighteen now, dude."

"Really? You look like a baby still."

Jordan pouted.

img_5982.jpg

"I am Officer Expend Able."

"Uhm, we're not going to hurt him." one of the guards said.

"Don't listen to them!" Jordan cried.

A guard pulled on his hair to make him shush.

"Dude, watch the hair. I spent all morning on that."

"Oh, well as long as you're not going to hurt him then that's fine."

img_5984.jpg

The crowd parted ways to let the trio pass.

"I'll give you free concert tickets for life!" he screamed. "What about an autograph?! Anything!"

But the two guards led him out anyway.

"I'm Jordan Blieber!" he yelled.

Jordan's pleads could be heard all the way out of the Ice Lounge, until the two guards pulled him into an elevator to take him to the bowels of the Pearl for interrogation.

Following that, Bristol took the stage and started singing in what must be the strangest song accompanied with a trumpet and bagpipes.

img_5987.jpg

"Look everyone, my face looks good now!" Diane said.

Behind her, Stacy planned her Fabuland party while Pierre served more drinks to the thirsty passengers. For this brief moment, the passengers involved in this ordeal felt like they were back on vacation. If only for a moment.

Get those night actions in!
