Pandora Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Another great build of a real-life situation, Yatkuu, and I love the photography effects too. You can leave your hat on! It instantly reminded me of the hugely successful film The Full Monty, especially when you said this! Quote
Daala Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Wow ..... Wow ..... Wow ...... Really funny  Quote
Yatkuu Posted February 17, 2013 Author Posted February 17, 2013 Thank you everyone for the feedbacks! Reminds me of this.. (don't ask why I looked this up ) Dude, I'm not judging! lol, I haven't seen that movie.. I was more thinking of "The Full Monty", but I guess it says something about my age! Sexism. Nice. Sorry, I did not mean to be sexist or offending.. it's just humor. Another great build of a real-life situation, Yatkuu, and I love the photography effects too. It instantly reminded me of the hugely successful film The Full Monty, especially when you said this! Thank you Pandora! FYI, the effects have been added with an iPad App named Pixlr-o-matic. Quote
MadMan Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 Sorry, I did not mean to be sexist or offending.. it's just humor. There' still a definite air of sexism to it, though. Part of that is supporting the objectification of men (and that being 'the joke), the thread title of 'One for the ladies', as well as the audience being solely females. If the gender roles were switched, this moc wouldn't be considered 'funny', it'd be a strip club. The whole thing is kind of a can of worms. Then again, it makes a change from people going on about how HAWT the Princess Leia slave minifig is. That said, it IS a good moc. Clever use of a torso for a shirt. Quote
TrumpetKing Posted February 17, 2013 Posted February 17, 2013 I like it! I think it is really funny, and I love how one of those Policemen is overweight! It just adds to the humor! Great job, Yatkuu! Quote
Repeter Posted February 20, 2013 Posted February 20, 2013 Sexism can be funny when no one gets hurt...people are too uptight, imo. In no way did I take this as mean-spirited or negative. Great MOC and very funny...thanks for sharing! Quote
Amset-Rah Posted February 22, 2013 Posted February 22, 2013 Okay, this had me in stitches, especially the men's expressions (Particularly the Frank Rock head). Great work, and I too thought of The Full Monty. Quote
