It seems that I suffer from a similar issue as well :look: Really sorry, mates, to make up for it I will add a bonus into the quest! :sweet:

Here is how the bonus will work!

There will be two hidden treasures hidden somewhere in the area that you will travel. The first will probably be in an unlikely location that you will not ordinarily think of digging up / or a place that could be dangerous to dig up. The second will be a random other place, pretty much you have a 1 out of 100 chance of finding it each time someone digs.

The only rules are: Each player can only dig once in each location in the quest. If he digs more than once it won't count for the 1/100 chance.

While I do not find it insulting in the racial sense, Alexander here is an elf too, so you see where the confusion can occur!? And I did introduce myself when we first met."

OoC: Barty, unlike other angels, doesn't poof away. He's here to stay. :tongue: I should also gain 10 gold from the battle.

"He's right, he did introduce himself. But you were still sobering up, so I imagine its hard to remember," Barty needles in Boomingham's ear.

"Sorry, chap, in the heat of battle I generally call out what comes to mind. Mage, elf, whatever it may be where I can bark out quick orders that I think need to happen." Boomingham shrugs. "It wasn't a race thing, I don't mind elves too much myself." Boomingham turns to the Yeti. "Alright, big boy. I'd like to get my hands on two of those Deadly Venoms. Nothing much else appeals to me- I've got bones to spare, and I'm wearing more than enough even without those shackles."

Thalion bowed as he received the items, "Thank you I will put this to good use, but I believe it is too much. If we find something more suitable for a mage, I will gladly give this dagger to someone who wishes it." He said that with a smile as he turned the dagger over and over in his hand looking at it from different angles and after a while equipping it.

Note to QM: A little help about the new element, strengths/weaknesses, can it damage the undead? :classic:

Technically, all elements damage the undead. And you can see Barty, though when he whispers you might not see him. As the first Paladin, I made the choice, prompted by Sandy, to have Barty physically present always. Other Paladins treat it differently.

"Well, Sancho, looks like you may have led us the wrong way, though there was indeed a Frog. Shall we back track and try again?"

Also, as the night has rapidly arrived perhaps we should spend the night at The Rusty Camel Inn, its a nice place and I know the bartender owner."

The party now notices how dark it is out. Night is arriving. It will be difficult to find the frog in the dark.

After they entered the shop Thalion looked at the gems for a while, and after Sancho finished speaking he turned to Mandrel, "Greetings Mandrel. Before we get to your wares, which are all really nice by the way, especially those gemstones, do you perhaps have something special to offer us, that can help us find a certain person?"

Mandrel quickly grabs the vial away from the assassin.

"You break it you buy it! Anyways, that is extremely rare venom, imported from beyond the seas. Mandrel thinks it is generally used for advanced healing procedures, but Mandrel also heard that if spilled it could be highly acidic. The vial it is kept in has been specially treated so that the venom won't burn a hole through, haha."

"Worry not, I am an assassin. Finesse is my livelihood - I wouldn't be so clumsy to drop that. I think 200 gold is a tad steep without knowing its exact propertires, so I'm afraid I'm passing on this one."

Brushing off Syntax like the annyoing gnat he was, I whisper to my party.

"I'd be happy to put 50 gold or so towards whatever future-reading this Mandrel is offering..."
