Posted February 21, 201312 yr Hello everybody, i tried to rebuild some of my Real Lgeo Technic Models in the LDD. I saw in an other Topic the same Problems with The 8258 Crane Truck. But I fixed it my Way. So I started to rebuild the 8070 Red Super Car as Model B. But I ain't found the "Black Lt Wheel Bearing w/3 Snaps" and I coundn't compress the Shock Absorber. Is there any possibility for an alternative way to rebuild the suspension of this Model? Greetings Balthasar
February 21, 201312 yr @ Balthasar_the_Dark: Welcome to Eurobricks! That Lego Technic Steering part shown above is not available in LDD, but hrontos made some LDD Shock Absorbers on this Eurobricks post. Although nobody seems to have created an LDD model of the 8070 Super Car set, you can check this list to see if your other (real) models exist in LDD. Edited February 21, 201312 yr by DLuders
February 21, 201312 yr Author Thanks for this information. I saw, that noboy recreated the 8070. I'm not really sure about, if I shoud show my model. It's not really pretty and I had to "fix" the suspensions of the Car. Edit: Yeah I saw some of my real models. Sometimes with the same Errors, that I have. February 7, 201411 yr I know this post is very old but I figured i would put my experiance in here. I actually made the supercar a year back or so in hopes to make directions to motorize it based on a popular youtube video I followed. I finsihed the car without the motor mods first but ran into many missing parts. You can see some screenshots I just took of it. I never posted anything for it because of all the missing parts that I either had to sub or could not put on. These pics are rather large so I had to post them as links. http://www.cheatyfac...70 Supercar.jpg http://www.cheatyfac...0 Supercar2.jpg http://www.cheatyfac...0 Supercar3.jpg http://www.cheatyfac...0 Supercar4.jpg http://www.cheatyfac...0 Supercar5.jpg Since I gave up the project, time has gone by and lots of the parts have been added to the program but sadly, I cant remember most of the parts I had to sub or were missing so I have begun to rebuild the whole thing except this time I am noting everthing I could not do right so when I build the instructions, I can include that with it. This will clearly take time and sadly I already ran into the first part I needed which was this ball join for the wheels and that braught me here. Hopefully that is the only part I need that is missing in this awesome car. Here is a screenshot of my current progress and I will keep you updated on how it goes.
