Let me get this straight: I am scum because I don't agree with you?

No, because you show no interest in confirming the day investigator, which all town should want to do. Agreement with me was never a point. It had to do with taking the available facts and processing them in a pro-town way. You seem to have a grudge against the info I have, and don't want to even test it. (I know you changed your vote, but it was after the fact, and done in a pissy way, so I can't make much of it)

And Richard, good on you! Don't let facts and logic get in the way of your individuality! Be a non-sheep, pushing ideas which don't advance the town whatsoever. You are an original, and don't ever change! I bet you become a target of scum for your ability to not convict or work with other town. That is absolutely terrifying to scum, the lone person talking to themselves in the corner. Don't ever change

Oh, more of your pathetic sarcasm! :hmpf:

You said they were Scum; I'm voting for Scum. That's what the Town do. Mafia 101!

Of course it advances the Town. If Holly were to be lynched and found Scum, we can lynch Michael tomorrow and get another Scum! Yay! :sweet: Whereas if Bristol is Scum... we have a 'verified day investigator', and we have to hope they get lucky again tomorrow. So my idea clearly advances the Town more than yours.

Well you seem to be listening. If only you'd leave me alone to talk to myself in peace! :hmpf_bad:

Gah, this three-way voting is an utter mess.

Look, we have Michael - a possible third-party scum who does not have the capabilities to take out the town, and his probably won already.

We have Bristol, a likely scum who may have the capabilities to take out the town, and has not won already.

And then we have Holly, who is also part of this third-party scum who again, has probably won anyways.

Which seems the best target? The two who have already succeeded and thus have no reason to hurt the town, or the scum running around with full capabilities to injure us? I should think this vote quite clear.

Again with the notion of good and bad scum teams ... It was clearly said the 'good scum' team had an unfulfilled win condition .... I wonder what that could be!!!! What am I saying ... It's obvious that they need to help town win .... You know ... Being scum an all; obviously!

No one said anything about 'good' or 'bad' scum teams, it's just the fact that the third-party is clearly the lesser evil.

How so? Because they help town? Because they have a conversion ability? How so!?

Because their goal is to get the diamond. They have it. They win. No more reason to hurt town. Is it that hard to understand?

Pardon me, but what makes you think Bristol is a likely scum? Because an investigator (who could be lying) is telling a neutral (who could be lying) that she got a result that she is.

And furthermore, most people seem to agree that Holly and Michael are third party scum, correct? How do you know that they are not lying about their win condition and that they are seeking to join up with the real scum and they are using the hype about "neutral thieves" to do it. There are so many reasons for voting Holly over Bristol and none of them are stupid. Still, it makes sense to try to determine whether the investigator can be trusted, so that's why I don't mind the lynch against Bristol too much. However, even if Bristol comes up scum, it does not necessarily immediately mean that the investigator is town.

Because their goal is to get the diamond. They have it. They win. No more reason to hurt town. Is it that hard to understand?

 Seriously, don't you get the fact that scum win the game, for the most part, by lying. What makes you trust the word of these scum so much?

Because its all we have to go on. If you ignore everything these people have said, we have no basis on which to make a vote, and you might as well not vote at all. People tell things out of their best interests, and oftentimes using the truth is a lot easier. Several of these scum have role-claimed to an extent, and we need to use it as best we can.

I think Holly's conversions may harm us. The more she uses, the less town there are. Thus, the less town, the higher the chances of a scum win.

From what I've gathered, Holly has no conversion ability. By their words, both Holly and Michael started out as innocents, but became Amateur Thieves before Night Two. Somehow Holly knew that Michael was his partner, while Michael did not know the same about Holly.

It's all a big mess, and I still believe we are better off without both of them. But they said they found Bristol to be scum, as did the acclaimed day investigator. There's no other way to test both of these claims than to lynch Bristol.

Pardon me, but what makes you think Bristol is a likely scum?

Timothy, you will be in big trouble tomorrow for defending Bristol like that, if she is found scum. You realize that, don't you?

It is one thing to be suspicious of everything, as one should be in this game, and another thing to not do anything out of fear. You're a fool if you think me or the other innocents are blind, not thinking of every single option there is. At least I'm keeping my mind on every possible scenario, but unless I test them, there's no way to know which one is true.

The passengers noted it wasn't time for the day to be over. So did the Captain.

~18 hours remain in his day.

Are you sure about that? I thought Holly knew from the beginning that she was an "Amateur Thief." Maybe I missed something. :look:

Defending Bristol? I thought I already stated that I would have voted for her if it was necessary? You all have to realize though, that Bristol is not the "obvious" lynch today, just because we got a town result off her. We got two scum confessees (or whatever) who we can lynch as well. Now we can only lynch one person at a time, so we may as well out confirmed scum as I see it, before we "confirm the investigator." Maybe I'm wrong and it is necessary that we confirm him/her today, but if so please do tell me, because I just don't see it. As I told you by PM since I thought Bob was ending the day early (how he planned on doing that I don't know, it's not as if he's God in the sky or something  ), I have never been in a mafia situation where there were two factions of scum, but I would assume that our goal is to take them both out.

On second thought, though, I suppose this faction likely enough do not have a killing ability, so it may be more helpful to take the other one out first.

...but unless I test them, there's no way to know which one is true.

I thought we knew that Holly and Michael are scum. There is nothing needed to be tested on confirmed scum. One just lynches them. At least, that's how I see it. :sceptic:

Well, Holly and Michael claimed neutral, I believe. Who the hell would claim scum unless they knew they would win soon?

No, we have their word that they are Amateur Thieves. Whether that means they must be lynched in order for us innocents to win or not, remains to be seen.

The lynch of Bristol is more about testing the day investigator, anyway. You may say it's just Babs' ploy, but again, how will we ever know if we don't test it?

As per usual, two new guards arrived to escort Bristol / Peanuts out of the Ice Lounge. The singer looked completely distraught to the point of tears as she was taken out of her favorite spot on the entire vessel. There would be no more parties or themes to those currently involved in the situation. They were far too worried about survival and their own skins.

The guests and staff left rather quickly, some to sleep and others to go out and prowl the corridors.
