Solid color minifig

I have seen numerous solid color minifigs, in white, grey, black, and others in various MOSs. Some of these colors are good for statues n the like.

I've tried to search on BL for solid color MF's with no luck.

What am I doing wrong?

I could be wrong, but most of these are probably MOC's in and of themselves. That is, they took the arms, hands, legs, torso, and head all from different MF's to create the monochrome version.

They are generally compiled from parts. Figbits on Bricklink is a good place to start. He has a table showing all the feasible combinations.
