Xenomorph Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 (edited) Hello programs ¡¡¡¡¡ , again around here to present a creation, which I was eager for years to recreate the facehugger from Alien saga, a "bug" perfectly recognizable at first glance. It all started with a design in LDD as usual, últimamante, especially on large projects like this: and to show you that is 1:1 scale, I've tried it myself As there, this Moc had to go with dedication and this time it's for fans (more than me if possible, or it was much earlier) Xenomorphos of this saga, the Father of our fellow Lumix, I promised; P Hope you liked is, you have all the images in the profile of Brickself Edited February 26, 2013 by Xenomorph Quote

Andy D Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Great construction! However even in LEGO, that thing still gives me the "willies". Andy D Quote
sever Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Thats just awesome how long did it take you to make? Quote
Praiter Yed Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 The tail and the breathy bag things are particularly nice and it's cool that you went to the trouble of adding extra detail to the underside. Very organic looking and yeah, a bit scary! Quote
Vindicare Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 That...is...awesome! The last photo is the icing on the cake, hilarious! Very cool build, love the piece usage, especially the tail. Quote
CMP Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Really good build, easily recognizable. Last picture really topped off the model. Quote
Princess Muttonchops Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Wow, that is amazing. It must have been a bit strange/scary to put it on your face like that! Quote
Bob De Quatre Posted February 27, 2013 Posted February 27, 2013 Amazing work! Maybe it would be better if the side legs could rotate a little. Quote
Xenomorph Posted February 27, 2013 Author Posted February 27, 2013 (edited) Thats just awesome how long did it take you to make? LDD design, more or less lasted about three months, buy the parts to build a couple of weeks designing, about four hours Wow, that is amazing. It must have been a bit strange/scary to put it on your face like that! I love those "Bugs", disgust, no, but weighs IF I Could rotate the side legs a little, I'll remember that if I start version 2.0 Thank you very much for the comments, it is comforting (and please excuse me how bad I write English) See You Edited February 27, 2013 by Xenomorph Quote
Hammerstein NWC Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Top work fella! Beautifully executed and just as disgusting as the monster from the film! Quote
Werlu Ulcur Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 It looks terrible... In a outstanding way! I bet that will scare little children. Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Even in LEGO bricks, that thing is creepy! You did an excellent job building it, really capturing it's look. Great job Xenomorph Quote
Nightshroud99 Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 I have a love-hate relationship with these things, this is one amazing moc though. Quote
Bighappysmiles Posted March 4, 2013 Posted March 4, 2013 Whoa......Keep that demon away from me!!!!!! Nice moc by the way! Quote

pucelabricks Posted April 24, 2013 Posted April 24, 2013 Excellent MOC, it looks like very real and make me feel a lot of fear. I hope you don´t build a Alien 1:1 Scale , I couldn´t sleep well again Quote
caperberry Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Super! Even the underside of plates have a look that fits. Quote
