Knowing that why don't you make a pub with a 'adult room ' upstairs?

Well, I'm leaving the pub as a single storey and I would have a hard time explaining to the children visiting the train show what's going on in there !:laugh:

You could build a single story pitched roof building while having the adult bit upstairs, but covered via a door (I could build you a lego safety door with lock) :classic:

Perhaps, but no.....I still need to install ceilings into the pub and Holden dealer.....keep watching !

I'm currently working out where the servo will sit in my layout.......test shot.

Of course it will go on the usual 48x48 in the end with some pavement to drive vehicles in and out of the servo.

More to come.....keep watching !

What an absolutely awesome and wonderful Aussie street. Please tell me if the plans are available so I can build similar and also the stickers/logos where are they from? I am a keen lego collector in Perth, WA and seen some great ideas on here. Thanks for the inspiration.

Thanks for the wonderful and positive vibes 'monsinjor' and 'ukwizard'.

Now, well I don't mind have many times people ask about the stickers, the images are sourced from the net, I then process them in MS paint (Windows desktop accessory) and print them out on photo sticker paper from Officeworks on an ink jet printer.

The designs were in my head.....no instructions, I free style build most things.....but in saying that I do test out designs in LDD.

My advice would be to start where I started using the modern Lego city building style (like city corner or the bank/TRU store) and then work from there to improve each structure. Plus it's up to you if you choose to tile roads or use ready-made base plates..it all depends on the style and image you are looking for.

Brick On everyone ! (updating again within a few days.....I hope)

Great advice there LT :sweet: ... I'm curreently in between designing my CMF entries and awaiting some parts for the Servo Showdown. Hopefully get them all done!

No, we guys don't have beavers

LLL

And another one flies over another's head !

I remember from the first Naked Gun film......Nice beaver......Thanks, I just had it stuffed !

Anyway, that's off-topic......I'm finalising the remaining base plates over the next two weeks.....and hopefully I can fit the gas station....Servo Showdown one into the town layout.

Yes, double snigger.......wait, it's scooting off topic again.....oop's !

I'm waiting to see what everyone in the showdown are doing before my next move gas station wise.....like maybe I could add something extra in the mix !

Thanks 'LCM' and that's why I both entered the contest plus designed this servo like this so it would fit perfectly and solved the end of the road problem.

Best I get started on the other end of the road this week eh ?

Love those large fences what set are to off? I've never seen them before. Also like the fresh tar on the driveway, who did you contract for that? Boral I guess they usually do a good job. ;-)

I'm not sure where they come from....I just buy them from Toy Corner and I had some spare black tiles so bam a black driveway.

Keep watching !
