IC: De'kra dips in thanks as he pours the remedy from the back row on the dragon. As he attacks he pauses, before offering. "This...we can not let Rito down. Leader, I suggest you not remedy me, and instead focus your attack on Rotton Core as well. If remedy succeed, then one of you can-ih-use Phoenix Essence on I next turn. Or not if you not think it worth it. But if remedy not work, then you would have better chance of kill core before dragon dies. Rito more impoprtant. Anyway I think I should be last person in order, as if someone attack after I remedy there is chance that they might trigger poisoning dragon again."

"Should I heal the dragon, Maurice? That way if the remedy does not work, we will at least buy it some time. In fact, I would advise in this round that we both attempt to heal the dragon. It's just our luck that we don't have a health core, that would be what we need in these circumstances, but I do have an idea, you remedy the dragon, and let the minion remedy himself if he needs to, and I will heal Retraga. If the remedy does not work, then I will try my neutralizer next round. ...In fact, here's a thought. If you think we should try healing the dragon it would probably be better if you were to do it because you have more power in your heals than I do...for now.

Okay, I've considered your suggestions and realized I didn't really think all through, let go with Paladric's suggestion but with the change of me attacking the Rotten Core too, leaving De'kra to be knocked out as he suggested. We might still get some good hits on the Rotten Core that can help us in the coming round.

The heroes try a new strategy. Maurice, William, and Mizuki all continue to attack the Rotten Core, while De'kra chucks a Remedy down Retraga's throat with his last conscious thought before succumbing to the effects of the deadly poison. Despite the dragon's size, the small bottle of brew seems to cure the fatal poison and hold back the Parasite Parricide, at least for now. However, Retraga's mood is still not improved, and continues to pound on William and Maurice. The poison has abated, but how much longer can the heroes hold out?

Things start to get bad for the heroes. Retraga lets out a deafening screech that makes the entire party doubly vulnerable for the next three rounds. Luckily, Pretzel heals the whole party with a Miracle to prepare them for what is to come. Fortunately for them, the Rotten Core seems to be hanging on by a thread.
