PsyKater Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 "So three colors right. Could have gone worse. I'd suggest this for the second round: blue, blue, blue, blue This way we will know if orange or blue is the missing color. After that we will replace one of the first four colors and mix them. Or try eliminating the wrong color. But this is the best way to proceed. I am actually so sure, that I bold my desire, please run the second round: Y | G | R | P B | B | B | B Quote

I would propose attempting Red, Red, Yellow, Yellow. If there are any colors in the correct locations then either red or yellow was the color in the wrong location the first time. This will also reduce the potential incorrect colors from four to two." Edited March 14, 2013 by joeshmoe554 Quote

We also know that Yellow is one of the first two colors and Red is one of the last two colors. Perhaps if we were to attempt Green, Green, Blue, Blue we would know all four colors and in which half all four colors lie." Edited March 14, 2013 by joeshmoe554 Quote

PsyKater Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 (edited) Wait a moment. :D "Okay, I think there are only four possibilities left: a) Y | P | R | B b) B | Y | R | P c) Y | G | B | R d) Y | B | R | G So when we try Y,Y,R,R then we know nothing as we already know that left is yellow and right is red. When we are trying green, green, blue, blue the result would be the following: a) 1 color in right place (blue) b) 1 color in wrong place (blue) c) 2 colors in right place (green, blue) d) 2 colors in wrong place (blue, green) This means if we go your way, Jeaux, then we know the solution in the next round. Let's try this then: Y | G | R | P++- B | B | B | B+ R | R | Y | Y-- G | G | B | B Edited March 14, 2013 by PsyKater Quote

PsyKater Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 Just some small stats issues: The power of Em is both wrong, I think. It should be: 9 (Lvl 3 + WP 5 + Ranger's Quiver 1) And Zoltan's Equipment is missing; what weapon are you using, LTPro? Quote
Kintobor Posted March 14, 2013 Author Posted March 14, 2013 (edited) OOC: Thank you PsyKater. emjajoas, can you please fix your power level on the hero statistics forum, it's currently at six. As well, you may notice before the first round the enemies stats may have jumped a little. It's just me trying to figure things out. Where they are now is where their going to stay. This fight should hopefully be a decent challenge. If not, I can fine tune the next set of enemies. Edited March 14, 2013 by Kintobor Quote
PsyKater Posted March 14, 2013 Posted March 14, 2013 (edited) Thanks for the hint, I would not have seen this. Since it's just a little change, I have no objections. Amma sees herself back in a battle. It has been a long time since she fought in Charis. There she had not much luck. Would it be better this time? And what did the others expect from her being the party leader? For a moment her thoughts wander off to a long time ago, where a lot of people listened to her. She shifts off her thoughts and concentrates on the presence. "Guys, it's time to get back to business. Those who rested while we were guessing as well! Do whatever you think you should do, attack whom you think you should! But now it comes down to us being a team of Heroes! Let's mow these little rat pack down! Zoltan, since you have a shield, I would suggest that you go in front and cope with the Angry Arachnid! We others stay back. Archers, attack each one of the Dire Rat and the Illuminating Widow. Heckz, we will use our Etheral powers and cast spells against the reamaing Invisible Widow and the other Dire Rat. Jeaux, since you made a lot of very good suggestions for the riddle, do you want to attack the Dire Rat A?" Amma makes herself ready to cast an Ice Spell at Dire Rat B from the backrow. Battle Order: Zoltan - Angry Arachnid (Longsword) > Amma - Dire Rat B (Ice Spell) > Jeaux - Dire Rat A (Eminus) > Em - Illuminating Widow B (Bow) > Heckz - Illuminating Widow A (Ice Spell) Edited March 14, 2013 by PsyKater Quote
