"Do you guys want to go back to those ridiculus skeletons or do we go to the next area? I mean I have a map at least." You look about the tombstones for something of worth. Much to your surprise, you find a pouch with 10 gold coins in it! Lucky you! You may do with it as you see fit. Quote
joeshmoe554 Posted March 20, 2013 Posted March 20, 2013 "Two locations down, 3 more to go. I must admit, I would have preferred some loot a level more permanent solution to the ghost problem, than merely trusting them at their word, but at least we are one step closer to our ultimate goal. Shall we head back to the ghost trio we encountered earlier, or should we move on to the next location?" Jeaux was unsure at the moment what to think of their current leader. One minute she seemed to be a strong leader with a clear vision of where the party should venture, and the next she would behave with no logic or sensibility. There was obviously more to this dwarf than any first impression could impart, and after the message given to him by the mysterious feline from earlier, Jeaux would be hesitant to trust her any time soon. PsyKater Posted March 21, 2013 Posted March 21, 2013 (edited) "Nice to see you back, gentlemen. You had nearly driven me crazy with your hide and seek. I was almost disappointed not having a decent fight against you after that. We therefore accept your challenge to an affaire d'honneur." She then turns around again to encourage the party (which probably does not have the same effect as if she were giving them some Mead to drink). "Okay, boys. Remember: Work as a team of Heroes. We can do this. They don't seem as dead as they look like so we can still kill them. Attacking them can have really negative effects though. I suggest the rangers focus on the skeleton first as I don't think he can frighten you that much. Heckz, you and me target the gentleman with the topper, since we can still fight when he uses dirty tricks. Zoltan, take care of the man with the billycock ( )! If anything goes wrong, we still have five remedies with us, we might have to use them during the battle. My suggestion is: (Battle Order) Zoltan - Gus / Traveller (Longsword) > Amma - Geoffrey / Gentleman (Broomstick) > Heckz - Geoffrey / Gentleman (Ice Spell) > Jeaux - Ivan / Prisoner (Eminus) > Em - Ivan / Prisoner (Bow) If you have other ideas, please let me know now, otherwise prepare to attack! Beat them!" Amma then turns around towards the kinky ghosts. She raises her arm at the back row and the broomstick begins to float. "When everyone is ready, smash the Gentleman, Kustur!" If Zoltan gets slowed it is not that much of a drama as he has the lowest damage output. When he is slowed, Zoltan switches to the backrow, taking 1 Damage every other round until someone helps him. When the Rangers get afraid, it does not matter, since they fight from the backrow anyway. Same goes for the Mages, it does not matter when they get blinded, since they do not attack physically (well Amma does, but just to save Ether. If she is blinded, she'll switch to casting spells).
