LegoLyons Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 (edited) I have finally come out of my dark ages, by building again. This is a MOC based on the movie Django Unchained. If you haven't seen it, I suggest you do. Pure Tarantino brilliance. Please let me know what you think. I have missed this place. All 100% official LEGO. More images found here - http://www.flickr.co...yons/tags/lego/ along with all my other Lego Creations. Here is the Film Still, from which i got my inspiration for the figures. http://www.filmofilia.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/django-unchained-2.jpg Edited March 12, 2013 by LegoLyons Quote

Captain Settle Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 Nice MOC. I like the tooth and the Schultz mini figure. (Is that his name?) Quote
TheLegoDr Posted March 12, 2013 Posted March 12, 2013 Overall a nice set-up! I haven't seen the movie yet, but the figures look great. They almost look licensed. You said all official LEGO? That's brilliant, mind sharing where some of the body parts came from? I can't wait for Lone Ranger to come out, only because I want more western type LEGO in my life. Keep up the good work! Quote
gazumpty Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 This has amazing details and the minifigs are really put together well!! Quote

I have a few more in the pipeline, so stay tuned. Thanks yeah awesome, great movie, great moc, just perfect. Makes me wanne get into WW again! Its a great theme, the only other time i have done western, was when i created Lone Ranger, before the LEGO group. =D Great work, I especially like the vulture. Thanks. I cannot take credit for that, as I have seen it done a few times on Mocs. Very cool, I really like the driver's coat- where's that from? Thanks. The coat was custom made from a large figure cloak, its a massive item, could possibly make 20 coats/cloaks from it. http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=8809cape. Nice MOC. I like the tooth and the Schultz mini figure. (Is that his name?) Sure is. Thanks for your kind words. Overall a nice set-up! I haven't seen the movie yet, but the figures look great. I can't wait for Lone Ranger to come out, only because I want more western type LEGO in my life. Keep up the good work! The body of Django is from a Russian guard from the Indiana Jones theme. The Shultz body is also from IJ, Kazim. The rest of the cast are generally western/adventurer torsos. Hope this helps? This has amazing details and the minifigs are really put together well!! Thanks. Appreciated. Quote
