The Lone Ranger Video Game?

Hello all!

With the upcoming, anticipated release of the new Lone Ranger line, I have heard that there may be a possibility of a Lego video game surrounding this new theme. I was wondering if anyone here has any sources pointing to a new game. Also, if you have any thoughts about it, share them here. I'm not a big fan of the Lego Video Games, but I am curious.

This is the first time I've heard of a possible Lone Ranger game. Where did you hear this rumor? I don't think the Lone Ranger lends itself to a Lego game very well since all previous Lego games were based on at least three highly popular movies, and there is only one Lone Ranger movie coming out which nobody knows if it will even be popular or not, and I don't think they would make levels based on the old TV show. Besides, the next announced Lego game is Marvel Superheroes, and that one is slated for a late October release, so by the time they release another game, the Lone Ranger wont be popular anymore, even if the movie does well.

Quite frankly, with a multitude of tv shows, movies, and comics to draw inspiration from and with its timeless appeal and large amount of characters, I think TMNT would be a much better candidate for a Lego game.

I completely agree with Oky. TLG unfortunately doesn't have time to make one. Also, TMNT would make a great game!
