Posted March 23, 201311 yr Hi, Some months ago, the user L-DI-EGO posted his amazing version of the X-Wing http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=77053 MOC: Finished It´s a little shorter than 6212. I built the nose with the exact form and size, but the result has some odd angles, but it´s very correct. The fighter is very stable and swoosheable. (the cockpit is great, but in the pic seems compressed)
March 23, 201311 yr Looks nice. I like how you did the cockpit. About the wings, I assume you don't use those plates. In your WIP they look too flat and disproportional. Also, I am not entirely sure about the ship's nose.
March 23, 201311 yr Author I tried to make the nose like in this pic. http://www.plasmainfusion.com/EFX%20Xwing%201.jpg Before, I put the nose from 6212/9493, bur looks a liitle disproportionated, so I built with bricks,
March 23, 201311 yr Looking good so far 'hachiroku', the nose to me is also an issue.....but I guess when you have that section finished we can then truly judge it.....keep going and Brick On 'hachiroku' !
March 24, 201311 yr Author Today´s advances: I built part of two wings and two motors. And a technic base to exhibit. Something I didn´t say before. My MOC is smaller than 6212, about 6 studs long. Edited March 28, 201311 yr by hachiroku

March 27, 201311 yr Are you planning on extending the cannon bodies all the way to the back of the wings?
March 28, 201311 yr Author Are you planning on extending the cannon bodies all the way to the back of the wings? Yes. That, and the cockpit is only what left.
