Small Outpost for Rum Commerce

This MOC is a nice piece of work. I wonder how much this would go for at retail (were TLC to make something of this size). The "floating doors" is an interesting eye catcher and makes since at the same time (I was considering something similar in another MOC of mine, but it still needs red arched window pieces, gah!) The ability to open up the fort is a great feature for playability. The "ladder" leading up to the top of the fort is something I'd never have thought of, alone with those simple SNOT windows.
