So here is a project Ive had for awhile and finally decided to share it with you guys and get some input!

I originally intened to make so you could wear it, but I got halfway through and released my head was a

little big in one spot. Oh well, all leave that for the second one.

Here it is from the front, I used a 1 x 10 piece to create the gap between the face plate and the helmet.

And a side view, I am aware the side arent done, it is called a WIP ya' know...

Lastly a pic of the inside and the back part of the helmet a plan on finishing at some point. The red and brown plates youre seeing across the back is for stability, which I installed after my little sister (accidentally) kicked it

One last less then dramatic close up! Thanks for checking it out, feel free to give critique and point out glaringly obvious design flaws!

Peace!

Post edited and actual pictures added! :sweet:

That's a nice idea, but the MOC is too "blocky". You could achieve an incredible result if you would use more different bricks. You should take a look at Mr.Attacki's work, his helmets are awesome (but smaller than yours).

I don't know, I like the blockiness here. It's not accurate, sure, but the Iron Man look is recognizable and it kind of has an old-school vibe that I dig. Still, a few bits could use a little smoothing out.

Looks good! It is really hard to get the right scale and look done correctly at the same time, but you have done a nice job! Doesn't look like it would be the most comfortable helmet to wear

I'm with Leewan on this, but since it is a WIP, it probably won't have the same quality as a finished work, of course you may be going for a blocky effect, and if so, go for it.

I think this is great! My three year old saw this on my laptop, pointed at it and said 'Iron Man - daddy can you build one!'

Looks good! could use a little more detail.

Looks good, but as others have said a bit block.

Do you plan on wearing it?
