Posted March 27, 201311 yr I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this (I guess it's a bit of Town with a touch of History). Anyway, I recently got the minifig rock band and I just had to build a concert-MOC. Since I'm mostly into historic theme's, the stage became a castle ruin. Some overview pictures of the concert. And some pictures, just after the concert, time to clean up. Some more pictures can be found at flickr. All feedback and suggestions are welcome.
March 27, 201311 yr Wow. I really like this creation! Reminds me of a scene out a movie. great execution. LOVE the crumbling walls.
March 27, 201311 yr This is pretty cool. made met think of this, Although it isn't completely the same.
March 27, 201311 yr Wonderful! It makes me wish you would work more on the castle ruin... In a somewhat less decreipt state - I want to see how the castle looked before falling down completely! :D
March 27, 201311 yr Wow this looks great. All the details are there from all the women queuing for the loo down to the sniffer dogs. Plus lots lots more really well done Fonzy thanks for sharing. I'd hate to see what you would do if you got a um 'Plumber' CMF.
March 27, 201311 yr Great little (Or not so.) scene with lots of details. I really liked the afterwards with all the trash left lying about. Those are some pretty big speaker stacks! So is it a Fire brigade charity benefit concert?
March 27, 201311 yr AWESOME creation....can they do a cover of Sunday Bloody Sunday ? Brick On Rock On 'Fonzy' !
March 27, 201311 yr What a huge creation! I like the scenes after the concert ...full of details and very similar to the real! Thanks for sharing!
March 28, 201311 yr Author Thanks for all the feedback. I want to see how the castle looked before falling down completely! :D Well I might try to make it a full castle, though I'm afraid I won't have enough tan bricks. So is it a Fire brigade charity benefit concert? That was not my intention. Since the majority of my minifigs are historical those firemen are the closest figs I had for security / supervision.
April 7, 201311 yr The setting is amazing. It makes me think of summer festivals where performances are sometimes set in such uncommon venues. The 'after' scenes complete the presentation perfectly.
