Rick Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 I see you're using Hinckley's favourite building technique. Quote
PsyKater Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 (edited) Yay for gravity Edit: this never would have come to my mind. Very original! Edited March 29, 2013 by PsyKater Quote
Hey Joe Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 Yes, very cool! Photographed upside-down I guess? Joe Quote
Maxim I Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 Wow, I never would have thought about this either! This is awesome! Quote
JopieK Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 It is also a good solution for having not to worry about space in your house... just mounting all LEGO to the ceiling ;) maybe problematic with most trains though. Quote
Andy D Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 At first I looked at it in amazement, how did he get the strings so tight to hold the "balloons" up? Then after studying I decided that the only way this would be possible is to have it hanging so garvity could put tension on the strings. LEGO is one of he few art mediums that would allow this. Great job! This would have been an exceptional April 1 MOC posting. Keep on amazing us! Andy D Quote
Modulex Guy Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 Okay, thats very clever to photograph this upsidedown! Great work! Quote
KyleJohnson11 Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 Very cool MOC and photographing. I caught myself looking for clear bricks to no avail :) Quote
Niku Posted March 29, 2013 Posted March 29, 2013 Great photo. Those baloons are really expensive. Quote

Vincent Kessels Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Very good! I just can't figure out how you got the helium into the balloons? Quote
WhiteFang Posted April 1, 2013 Posted April 1, 2013 Ingenious idea! I believe it was for real! I meant not through gravity and I was like 'amazed' with it! Quote
Vindicare Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Very clever! It took me a second to realize what I was looking at. Awesome job! Quote
CMP Posted April 2, 2013 Posted April 2, 2013 Awesome. Though what kid wants a life preserver balloon I'll never know. Quote
prateek Posted April 6, 2013 Posted April 6, 2013 Besides the fact that this is an awesome idea, and great execution, I'm puzzled on how all that weight is supported by a single stud on the vendor's foot! Quote
fhomess Posted April 16, 2013 Posted April 16, 2013 Besides the fact that this is an awesome idea, and great execution, I'm puzzled on how all that weight is supported by a single stud on the vendor's foot! Clutch Power! Quote
