rupi Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 Hi, For some time I wanted to do somethig with a fabuland bike I have from my childhood. I spend a few hours scrathing my head and came out with this. The bike looks big but this sort of bikes can be big in reality too, and this one is about the same size as the new lego bikes (like the police) so by today's standards is minifig scale. See also the brickshelf folder for the details. Chopper Rebel Thanks for looking and commenting. Quote
Sir Dillon Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 Lol. This pretty cool. I find it funny that you used a fabuland bike to make a Chopper, and have it turn out looking good. :-) You've managed to fit some nice greebs into such a small space, and the edited background is a neat touch, too. Good work. *y* Quote
Starwars4J Posted February 9, 2007 Posted February 9, 2007 Very cool, it's a moped X-D I love this beyond words for some reason Quote
Asuka Posted February 10, 2007 Posted February 10, 2007 This is very ingenious! *y* I never saw some system bricks parasitize Fabuland in a more beautiful way.... :'-) Quote
rupi Posted February 10, 2007 Author Posted February 10, 2007 Thank's for your nice comments. :-$ . Fabuland was a very good theme in my oppinion, a lot better then this 4+ sets (like pirates or jack stone) it was a diferent universe and added variaty to the lego world. It's a pitty I don't have more of these bikes so I could make a motorcycle club. I'm going to search bricklink right now! *sweet* Quote
Fed Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 Fabuland brings back memories man. I love this one! Quote
KimT Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 Nice work. Makes those big Fabuland bikes really neat. A few handfulls of those and You'll have a Biker gang set up *y* KimT Quote
rupi Posted February 11, 2007 Author Posted February 11, 2007 Thank's... The exaust pipes are so simple, it's a pity those pieces don't exist in chrome. I was searching Bricklink and these fabuland scooters, only came out in red, blue and yelow I think, it would make a very colourfull bike gang. *sweet* , but I am considering it. Quote
