KZB Posted April 5, 2013 Author Posted April 5, 2013 (edited) no one likes it? :C here are two more pics, i've upgraded it with one more level with my tumbler moc edited - unactual photos! Edited May 11, 2013 by KZB Quote
Orange Leader Posted April 5, 2013 Posted April 5, 2013 I think It's an awesome display for anything Hero like. My only suggestion would be to photograph on a single coloured background (like white or blue), proper lighting for photography and with only the model as a focus. This way you will get more responses and views. Quote
KZB Posted April 13, 2013 Author Posted April 13, 2013 (edited) yeah maybe I should take better pics, in person it looks really cool c; I don't want to flatter myself : D If I have more time I'll upload it again c; thanks Orange Leader! Edited April 13, 2013 by KZB Quote
KZB Posted April 16, 2013 Author Posted April 16, 2013 (edited) alright, street level now looks like this edited - unactual photos! Edited May 11, 2013 by KZB Quote
Devorath Posted April 17, 2013 Posted April 17, 2013 OK, here are my thoughts: Street Level- Mildly squished, but a very nice layout. The fleshies and yellows look a bit odd, but overall TMNT Lair- Possibly the best part of the whole MOC. Nice river and bridge design. Evil Dudes Base- Confusing and cluttered imo. Once again, the fleshies and yellows clash. However the floor without figures would look great! Batcave- What Batcave are you basing it on? It looks more like a crypt. Alfred is a yellow , but it's Batman, so I like it! Tumbler- Very nice! I like the floor of the level. One of the best Bat-Tumbler MOCs I have ever seen! Overall, it's a very nice MOC! Quote
KZB Posted April 20, 2013 Author Posted April 20, 2013 (edited) Thank you very much for your thoughts Devorath : ) In fact you are right that evil dudes base may be confusing, I wanted to make it as archetypal lab of dr evil but I guess that it may be not clear for everyone, so after your post I decided to rearange whole build and remove that part : ) The batcave indeed was more a crypt like than a batcave, I was just out of bricks and wanted to make it as small as possible to fit it into baseplate, but yeah it wasn't good enough. So here's how it looks now, Michael Caine will get grey hair as soon I'll get one : D edited - unactual photos! Edited May 11, 2013 by KZB Quote
BlueberryWaffles Posted April 20, 2013 Posted April 20, 2013 I love the turtle lair! River looks great.... but what is Mikey drinking? Quote

Grazingcattle Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 I gotta say it... This looks like tons of fun! So many fun play areas, lots of nice little details, and its super heros! who doesn't like super heros! I would love to get a extended street view so you could fill it with more scenes, but other wise great job! I love it! Quote
Kez Posted May 14, 2013 Posted May 14, 2013 This is really nice, I love the use of trans clear blue pieces and it looks really fun and cheerful although there is a lot going on (which isn't a bad thing, only a bit hard for my slow brain ), overall great work and awesome details Quote
KZB Posted May 14, 2013 Author Posted May 14, 2013 Thank you very much, well it's true that even if it's rather display stuff it just tempts to play : D Quote
Brickmamba Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Cool looking setup, looks like you had a lot of fun building this Quote
KZB Posted May 15, 2013 Author Posted May 15, 2013 thanks! yes indeed, but I hope I won't rearange it for 100th time, just want to put there missing minifigs and thats all : ) the only thing which I would like to maybe add there in the future is a battank, I'm almost sure we'll get it in the future as well as batcopter from TLG, so maybe I'll mod the official set we'll see Quote
Oellph Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 I love it! So much detail, so many places to look and play. I could envisage my son and I having endless fun with this. I really like how you've incorporated different street levels and super heroes. It looks like a real labour of love. Quote
KZB Posted May 21, 2013 Author Posted May 21, 2013 (edited) Last saturdayI was watching batman begins with my girlfriend, she said that it would be cool if my build would have wayne mansion in it so I decided to rebuild it for 101th time : D here's how it looks now, it's now a regular batcave with manor over it to moderators - if someone could change the name of the topic to "the batcave" or sth like that I would be glad : D the elevator some visitors Edited May 21, 2013 by KZB Quote
