Posted April 5, 201311 yr Hi Guys, I reallllly want 10175 :) That said, what do you think will be cheaper, paying $300 -350 US Dollars on eBay or parting it out via Bricklink? I'm in the U.S. by the way, just really love your forum :) Thanks
April 6, 201311 yr I have a feeling that buying it eBay or Amazon will wind up being cheaper. You migt try looking at some pricing on BL the add in shipping as you will most likey have to purchase from BL several stores. I think this imight be your forum a well. Andy D
April 6, 201311 yr Realistically, this set has not appreciated in value very much. Trying to find the separate parts that make it up would no doubt cost as much as buying the set itself.
April 6, 201311 yr Ive found them go for quite cheap on ebay if you can be patient enough. Check Bricklink too, usually relatively decent enough price there. First one on the list: http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?q=10175 $210+shipping, certainly cheap enough Id buy it if I was in the US and wanted one! Edited April 6, 201311 yr by Fuppylodders
April 8, 201311 yr Parting it out on Bricklink isn't possible, as the windscreen isn't available (same for the TIE Interceptor): http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=2598pb01

I know I've bought one off of BL before. In my experience, BL a set is usually more expensive than buying a complete one. Stay patient, and you are bound to find a good deal on a complete set.
April 8, 201311 yr While buying the whole thing may be cheaper, parting it out is much for fun and rewarding, makes you appreciate the build that much more I found.
