Posted April 6, 201311 yr Hello ladies and gentlemen. Today I present to you my LDD MOCs that I've actually had for quite a while now, and I'm only posting them now Anyways, here are Ironhide and Ratchet from the Michael Bay Transformers movies. First we have Ratchet. I initially built some military Humvees (which might be posted eventually ), and I saw that it was a good opportunity to modify one into Ratchet! Unfortunately, it does not transform, as that was kinda an afterthought... The back is complete with storage space for all your fire rescue paraphernalia. The back doors unfortunately do not open. As you can see, the vehicle is 8-wide at the front and 9-wide at the back. I like how it turned out This was based on the Dark of the Moon version Now on to Ironhide. After I built Ratchet I figured I could make an Ironhide in the same scale, so here we go. I like how it came out, with relatively little time put into it. Again, I am very happy with how the shape turned out. 8-wide out front, a 7-wide cabin, and a 9-wide rear. And here's the reference material; a GMC Topkick, which was Ironhide's vehicle mode in the movies. Hope you like these. Maybe I'll do an Optimus Prime in the same scale, but who knows...
April 6, 201311 yr Bah! You beat me to making these! Ratchet is so prettyyyyyyy lol Good call on making the back 9-wide, 10-wide would look too fat. Ironhide looks good too, though the back looks kinda fat. I think you made them almost as good as they can get, I hope you add working features, like opening doors on Ratchet, if you have time.
April 11, 201311 yr I think I might have to move this over to town.... Those are great trucks and all... But that's not Rachet and Ironhide. This is Rachet: And this is IronHide:
April 12, 201311 yr Author I think I might have to move this over to town.... Those are great trucks and all... But that's not Rachet and Ironhide. This is Rachet: And this is IronHide: Haha, I guess, but to be fair, I'm not the greatest builder around, and considering the limitations of LDD, I don't think I could serve the G1 versions justice And as for where this belongs, do what you gotta do. On second thought, these would fit in with the City theme, wouldn't they...

On second thought, these would fit in with the City theme, wouldn't they... Nah, these are actually pretty awesome. And have a home in Sci-Fi. I was just being a dick and making fun cause I think the G1 versions are more iconic
