ZCerberus Posted February 11, 2007 Posted February 11, 2007 So here are three other MOCs I did. I am not particularly enamored with them, but since I took photos of my other MOCs, I thought I would share. This one is called the 'Prison Wagon'. It is, of course, very unrealistic, but that is the way it is!! Quote
ghoulrealm Posted February 12, 2007 Posted February 12, 2007 you need some oxen to transport all these masive siege engines. Quote
Hun Posted February 12, 2007 Posted February 12, 2007 I think this looks like an armoured vehicle out of a Mad Max movie. Very imaginative! ;-) BTW, I'm thinking of a "crossover" Viking MOC at the moment, too. Quote
Governor Mister Phes Posted February 12, 2007 Governor Posted February 12, 2007 This looks like a very mighty siege weapon! We have what appears to be a battering ram at the front with the overly futuristic looking missiles. Then at the back we have a cage for the prisoners and on top of that is a catapult. Now what's got me completely miffed is how does something like large and bulky move without a beast of burden to pull it? I'm assuming back in the days of Vikings there was no technology available to automate such a vehicle. Quote
ZCerberus Posted February 12, 2007 Author Posted February 12, 2007 Normally there are poles sticking out of the sides for someone to push. This would not be adequate I would think, so a horse or ox or four would be needed. I, however, did not put too much time into any of the Viking MOCs as Pirates are my thing, I just liked the figures, and had some pieces, so I made a few siege engines. I didn't much car for how they would move or how real they would be, as should be obvious from the prison cart. I tried, so far as one can, to keep them in-line with the LEGO® designs, so future looking or not, I think they are very Lego Viking-ish! Quote
Optimax X Posted February 12, 2007 Posted February 12, 2007 Wow, what a mean machine, very creative, i like the catapult on the back and the dragon head on the front is very decrative! Keep up the good work mate. Quote
