Blade from the Marvel comics Blade series. Based moreso on his movie design.

I dyed the head brown, and modified the torso so it has his jacket design.

I use a fabric powder dye called RIT (you can find it nearly anywhere). People who use it have their own technique, but mine is just simple. I boil water in a stainless steel pot and keep it on high boil, and then add the powder and then dip whatever pieces I want to use using a metal spoon so I can check on it. The timing of how long you keep it dipped all depends on how big the piece is or how dark the dye is, and I'm still working out all the kinks to it.
