Found a Heartlake Grand Hotel for half-price ($64 US) at a Wal-Mart today, along with a Jungle First Aid Bike for $4.00.

Somehow, I got a promotional set, supposedly only officially sold at The Lego House in Billund, Denmark.

Set 4000010 "Lego House" From what I can tell it sells there for around $28 USD, and that's what I paid for. Looks like sell upwards $100 USD on eBay. I bought it at a place called Bargain Hunt.

Small find, but at my local TRU, they have CMF series 15 at 2 for $5! Picked up the queen, satyr, and two knights.

Its over. And no it was never on the website. The good Walmart clearances are store specific and in store only, and come and go very fast. This was because of the reset to bring out summer items. The LEGO sets that had previously been in clearance at 20% off in my store were all gone by the time I got there, given most things were 75 to 90% off its likely there were some great deals to be had. But its hard to catch Walmart's extreme clearances because they don't care to publicize them, they are very store specific, and they happen in a flash when the store is ready to move in new seasonal items.

I was walking out of my TRU and they had all the huge lego "billboards" broken down outside. I grabbed a 1ft x 1ft lego sign. It looks great above my lego table.

I've gotten a lot of really good deals at TRU on Sundays. It seems, at least at my local TRU, that they slash the price on a set or two, some times more than 50%. I've gotten Benny's spaceship and a battle for ninjago for around 50$ each, on different Sundays. The little sign by them always says Sunday only.

Cool beans, but I can do you one better. Yesterday I was strolling the isles of my local Hardware Store, and lo and behold! Three UCS Millenium Falcons.

I'm good friends with the store owner, so I got them for free. I made him a pie in return.

I know Duplo doesn't get most people too excited, but I felt like 90% off was worth mentioning.

My Target ran a sale on all CMFs, $3.39 each, including the Disney ones. Quite happy about that!
