Holy Christmas in August Batman.

Madness! What a score! I had no idea TRU did crazy clearance deals on LEGO. Congrats!

They have some crazy clearance deals now, part of their brown bag clearance special. I've heard of people finding great deals on LOTR sets, especially! :classic:

What sale happened? I had to save a ton to buy mine.

They have a whole bunch of random items on 90% clearance, but it isn't a sale.

Very jealous of that haul. You'll have to show us what was in it and what kind of condition it's in once you know for sure.

i've sorted the bricks on color and some on parts i will weight them and post a picture of the whole lot :sweet:

Green Dye for everyone's mood

I took a chance and popped over to my local ghost-town TRU at lunch today, and was told that local management had decided to exclude LEGO sets from the 90% Clearance Blowout. Then I found an unmarked 79110 Lone Ranger Silver Mine Shootout on the shelf, and was unpleasantly surprised when a price-check revealed it had been jacked up to $99.99! So, yeah, just2good did get lucky!

Yeah - That's an insane deal for those AA's! It's pretty much all luck. I can't even recall seeing those AA sets in any TRU!

Not sure why you blacked out the city...you think hundreds of fans are going to converge?! LOL My guess would be an Orlando area store...
