When people started voting you, why would you still be in fluff mode? Stop back pedaling and rationalizing your erratic behavior with weak, contentless defenses. If you're scum, you're doing such a shoddy job defending yourself that you are actually making people think you're town. Great job. If you're town, I expect more effort to go into your game than posting random crap even when the pressure starts on you. If you aren't lynched today, I will be seriously disappointed in the town.

The more I hear from Krup, the more I feel like he's a clueless townie drowning in a sea of inexperience. There's a chance that he's experienced scum putting on an act, but it'd have to be an awfully good one and if he were reall that good, he wouldn't have gotten in that situation in the first place.

Seriously, are you guys expecting me to come up with some fancy-pants theories and complex analyses based on how people have introduced themselves? I haven't gotten any Flying Potato Messages from anyone, nobody has told me anything and I can't do anything about any of that. If that makes me scummy in your eyes, it makes you bleeting sheep in my eyes.

Even without any solid cases, we have had better reasons to vote for people than just "He's not me". You're not scummy because you don't get any messages, you're scummy because you don't seem to care wheter a townie or scum gets lynched. You're trying awfully hard to make everyone vote for me just because I'm being honest about my ignorance. She follows it up with a weird scenario of 2-3 town leaders, which I don't get. It doesn't sound like a good defense to me, though.

Then she jumps on the Krup bandwagon, because "something is going weird with him". While the reasons to vote for Krup are not necessarily bad (for a Day One lynch), this one is. She just wanted to jump on there fast enough.

I'm not going to vote for her right now, because I want her to explain the above scenario again and defend herself.

As for the jumping on the bandwagon idea you brought up, maybe to some it seems like I did. It seems like you have criticized me for being cautious with my vote, but when I do vote, you accuse me of being a bandwagoner. Yes, I admit that "something is weird with him" probably is not the greatest reason to vote, but it's better than bandwagoning. Day 1 lynches are always difficult; nobody can really prove except from scummy behavior over the day. I'm choosing what I think is the better option between a lot of bad choices. If I had my way, we would not vote today, and all the Odor Eaters would magically disappear and never be heard from again. (Is there a spell for that?) But that's in a perfect world, and we are not in a perfect world right now.

Ugh, I wish I had more time for this, but studies first! I'll make the best informed decision I can...

Anyway, I don't feel confident in the vote against Krup. To me it looks like your typical Day One bandwagon. Despite not the best of defenses, Krup's actions are what make me think he's town, or at least not an Odor Eater. Logically, I don't see why an Odor Eater would do what he did (pming peeps so early, which they can easily verify, so it'd be a difficult thing to lie about), unless there was some ulterior motive, which would be odd (though I cannot say would be impossible). Ultimately not lynch worthy, in my opinion. With this logic, sorta leaves him vulnerable to the Odor Eaters, but I think we should try and avoid lynching people we think are town (especially when there are better options).

I won't have much chance to come back today in these closing hours, so I'm going to place my vote now.

I would vote for somebody else, but at this point it would be unwise, since we need to reach a majority.

So, I'm going to Vote: Wong Wang. Panck brings up one of the more convincing cases of the day against Wong, so I feel more confident with this vote. I concur with what he said (also I don't have time to really expand on it), but I can say that Wang's vote for Krup, based on "something is going weird with him, the numbers in my body can feel it", a pretty weak excuse when things seem to already be bandwagoning against Krup.

I sorta feel bad for voting on top of his penalties, but I'd want to see a majority reached and when I don't see the other leading lynchee as an Odor Eater, this is the best option for me, I think.

I don't like how fast the bandwagon against Krup has formed. His attitude hasn't been helping, and he is flailing around, but I can't see how this makes him scum. He has been acting weird, but I think he's town. He just doesn't seem to have a scum team helping him. Sure, I doubt on Day One the scum would actively defend one of theirs, but unless they willingly bus Krup, I doubt the bandwagon would have formed the way it has. They would at least plant the seed of doubt somewhere and thus decelerate the bandwagon.

The bandwagon wasn't very fast. Nine others didn't vote for Krup. And a few have sais like you, they think he's Penis. If Krup isn't an Oder Eater, this is a scum thing to say. Scum know he isn't scum, so they can say told you so tomorrow.

For me, I talked to Krup today in private more, and I gave him a chance to lie and he didn'T. He had too many votes at that time, but now it is close, and I think Wong Wang is suspicious, for the reasons said. A lot of talk, but not saying anything and voting without reason.

I can't say I'm enjoying it at all. It's really annoying actually. It seems hard to get any clear statements from him, he's always bemoaning his sorry state, especially recently. It almost makes me want to switch my vote to him, because if he's a penis he seems rather impotent at best. However, I still feel more confident in Wong turning up scum than him.

Town's gone to pot while I'm away. Come on guys, get your heads in the game! Look at this post. Is this a townie post to you? "oh, woe is me, I'm being lynched. OotP rocks. I don't want to compile my suspicions. Hurp a derp. Everyone hates me. Boo hoo." Ww guys, if this is the kind of iron-clad defense that gets you to stop a bandwagon, then there is something seriously wrong with us. What will lynching Wang tell us in the morning? As far as I can tell, nothing. If we lynch Krup, however, then we get at least two solid leads, plus one side benefit. Let me summarize here:

*If this is Krup's A-game (floundering, ducking questions, being completely imbecilic, dicking around in PMs without making his whole defense or list of suspects publicly clear) and he's town, then later in the game, when mislynches cost us far more, Krup will be a major distraction that could screw us over by confusing us with his erratic behavior.

*If he flips Scum, we can analyze today's voting and discussion to see who tried to shift the bandwagon onto Snarky/Wong, who jumped on Wong as soon as he got penalties, and who was trying to deflect suspicion from Krup with minor leads. That would give us a strong foundation to work with,

*If he flips Town, we have two options to pursue: We can examine his aggressors (that's me, by the way. I didn't start this bandwagon, but I'm driving it like I stole it.), as at least one or two Scum will be on the wagon in order to take out a Townie. Or we could look at the people like Catalina, who said "Oh, he feels oh so town to me, I won't vote him!", who would then take the opportunity tomorrow should he flip town to flaunt that. "I knew he was town and got off his bandwagon, look at me I'm confirmed innocent, herp a derp." At least one or two of the scum are sure to do that, as well.

So what do you think would be better for the Town? Getting rid of a distraction and earning all the information and leads outlined above, or lynching a fellow who can at least talk coherently and is capable of defending himself when asked?

What the devil is this? Provacarus Curse on Snarky and Wong? I don't have a clue what this is, but assuming it's an Odor Eater who cast the curse, but I could be wrong about that, why for Snarky and Wong? Are they both town? I seriously doubt that.

I know you are, and I thank you. The thing is, Krup is either scum or a bumbling Townie, that much is known. Somebody just placed a curse so only myself or Snarky can be chosen to vote for.

On the subject of Krup, if I am worthy to live (and make it through the night) Krup may be killed by say a vigilante, a scum killer, or he may be left alone to completely confuse us tomorrow. Then he's revealed as a townie and we will have lost two townies, him and me, if he is killed or lynched if he is town.

If Krup is scum, well, he's either not good at hiding it, or he is so completely of his rocker that even a wand won't fix his mind but it works for him because the blame has shifted to me.

Now that Snarky is in the mix against me, he has done some interesting things, such as voting for Filbflam Flom-whooey. Yes, I do know that I said it is something I would possibly do.

Snarky said the above, and it's something I think any scum would do. Point out their own bad behavior but cover it up and push it onto somebody else. I also would like to say that Regelius Snoot voted for Snarky because Snarky was voting for Krup because of the bandwagon effect. Snoot defended Krup, though that was a gamble, to say that Krup is just naive and stupid.

What the devil is this? Provacarus Curse on Snarky and Wong? I don't have a clue what this is, but assuming it's an Odor Eater who cast the curse, but I could be wrong about that, why for Snarky and Wong? Are they both town? I seriously doubt that.
