September 30, 201311 yr I research old sets, read reviews and look at YouTube videos. I also sometimes read a book or watch some TV.
September 30, 201311 yr I mostly look at lego reviews on youtube eventhough if I have seen them already or lego sales or deals on ebay which always gets me excited.
October 11, 201311 yr If you're bored then you have a skewed outlook on life. Bored is stuck in a tree in a flood in a third world country.
October 11, 201311 yr I'm inclined to agree with the above. Between the Internet, Lego, a job or school if those are applicable, and everything else available to you if something as unimportant as Lego is, boredom shouldn't really be happening.
October 11, 201311 yr Play games on my iPhone like Candy Crush, Minion Rush, or Worms, often while watching videos on Youtube or TGWTG.

Bored is stuck in a tree in a flood in a third world country. bored /bôrd/ Adjective Feeling weary because one is unoccupied or lacks interest in one's current activity. I think you'll find that being stuck in a tree, pretty much inches from certain death isn't 'boring'. If you believe that, maybe it is your outlook that is skewed. But truthfully: it's impossible to keep the mind mentally stimulated 24/7, there are and should be times in which one has no nothing to do. Finding things to do is an 'antidote' for boredom, not a preventative measure, as with the definition of the word. i.e. being bored comes before the embarking of an activity to dispel boredom. Boredom cannot happen only if one literally never stops doing something, or finds absolutely everything they do in life riveting enough to stimulate them. Therefore, boredom must logically happen every now and again. /lecture Edited October 11, 201311 yr by Scorpiox

My point is that he is not reeeeally bored when there are endless opportunities to not be.

Knowledge is a gift, I personally welcome being corrected - as such a thing helps to increase my knowledge. If you don't think in the same way as I do - that's fine, I will be sure to change the way that I write when replying to you in the future.

Lets agree to disagree.
