Lulu Pittoolo Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Squaaaaack! I'm not certain of it at all. They are who I trust most at this point. Unless some other evidence comes my way, I will continue to trust them. 'Nuthin more than that. Did I say that? I'm pretty sure I never said that. I'm very sure I didn't even talk to you. Did you just put words I didn't say in my quote? Please don't do that, it creeps me out. And it's scummy. Squaaaaaaaak! Did I say that? I'm pretty sure I never said that. I'm very sure I didn't even talk to you. Did you just put words I didn't say in my quote? Please don't do that, it creeps me out. And it's scummy. Oh, you were replying to Bearbutt. Get your quotes right Squaaaaak!
Orion Kettleboil Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Ugh. Hey guys. I'm pretty pissed that Wong had to go around blatantly lying to everyone; I was literally on my way to the thread to unvote him when I was informed of his lying. Hey Wong, pro tip: when you're town, don't act like scum. No surprise about Krup, etc. etc. generic "oh no" post. I'm not sure where to go from here. Rutherford would be good today. Godric too. We'll see.
Helena Hippopaw Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Im surprised that some people seem to be either shocked (like Gertrude) or not surprised at all (like Purplonia or Helena) that Wong turned out to be a penis. Those are the animals that seemed to know he was a penis and either wanted him out of the way badly yesterday or were preparing to say "I told you so" today. By "I told you so" you mean, we all decided day one that Wang is town but then a bunch of you decided he is scum on day two? Or that a bunch of you said he could gladiator every day, but Wang said he couldn'T and didn't use it day two, showing he was true? Or how I was explaining all this yesterday, trying to not lynch someone looking 99% townie and instead lynch scummy Godric? Okay, in that case, I told you so. No, I wasn't surprised. All you who voted for him should be super-surprised, or else you why were you voting for Wang? I am happy to lynch Godric and Timly, and some arguments about Gertrude are interesting. Bearbutt here is very noticably middle of the pack, voting for Wang in the middle, thinking those who are surprised at Wang are scummy, and those that aren't surprised are scummy. Anyone not in the middle like him Godric, there's no question for you except why do you act so scummy?
Gertrude Tincanchew Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013  Yes, I may be alone on this, but lynching two Penises does count as a mistake in my head. And now here you are again, leading another charge for no reason early in the day. Ms. Pink (hello Ms. Pink, I'm sure you're only using those formalities to get me into bed ) said she'd like to scrutinize the people who led the lynch, and you said by NOT voting for the two Penises she was clearly an Odor Eater, and was further more exclaiming that we should trust her, when she did no such thing. You are willfully sowing discord... again. Godric at least had the good graces to admit he made a mistake and open himself up for scrutiny, you refuse it and attempt to throw suspicion on those who want to look at your motives. Langston Lion has also strangely been pinging me. I did not mention him earlier because there isn't really anything specific he's been saying... just... I felt that he was strange, middle of the pack, etc. I'll go water my hedges. Lumpylove, if you want to come visit me behind the fence out of the eyes of the public, you know where to find me. Lynching two Penises? Regrettable. Lynching two idiots? Less regrettable. Lynching the two scummiest people in the game? I fail to see what other move would have made more logical sense with the knowledge we had yesterday. To justify my vote, consider this: Wong was way too vocal and attracted way to much attention on thread (and in private actually) for me to think of him as scum; I cannot imagine that he would not have been "brought back" by his fellow scums or that an attempt at diverting the lynch could not have been done to try and save his megablocks; none of that happened. I was once a confused townie and his behaviour reminded me A LOT of what I once did when scrutinized. Furthermore, the curse he used could not have had, IMO, been attributed to a scum; why would a scum want to put his head on the line by using such a curse? As scum, would you have used the curse and volunteered for the lynch ...it makes no sense! You are trying to tell us that your pursuit of lynches on both Krup and Wong, which were both town, should be overlooked? The argument you are making against me can be used against you; the reason you were so adament on lynching Krup and Wong is that you knew they were town and you used their confusion and "dumbness" to your advantage to mount a bandwagon. You're misunderstanding me. I claim full responsibility for both of their kills, I led the bandwagon on Krup Day 1 and basically told the vig to get his head out of his megablocks and kill the idiot Day 2. Day 2 I also was a supporter of Wang's lynch, and was vocal about it. I don't think that should be overlooked, indeed, quite the opposite. I think that my actions should be scrutinized just like yours. You said that you town read Krup and Wang because they were too vocal and attracted too much attention. By that logic, I should be clear, because it would be illogical for me, if I knew they would both flip Penis, to vocally and repeatedly call for their lunches, knowing full well people like you would jump on me for leading the lynch. If I were scum, I would have slipped my vote onto the bandwagon while sheeping someone else, then taken it off once the lynch had enough momentum while claiming that I town read him, then I would have pointed fingers at the lynch leader likely a strong, vocal townie, the next day in order to at the least distract the town or at best get a vocal townie, and therefore potential leader, lynched. Oh wait, that sounds pretty familiar to you already, huh? Plus, I didn't lead lynches on them because they were dumb. I led lynches on them because they lied. Of course, their idiocy meant that they couldn't put up a good defense, so the lynch passed. They shouldn't have tried to gambit or whatever the hell they did. Only scum need to lie, they lied, logically they should have flipped scum. Instead they flipped imbecilic, but we couldn't have known that would happen. Only the Odor Eaters knew. P.S.: Gladiator is actually a role that can be scum or Town, so your point that Gladiator could not possibly be attributed to scum is you just either being ignorant, which is hard to excuse because I literally posted a link to the Gladiator Mafiascum page on Day 1, or else sowing confusion purposefully.
Dillpickle Catterweed Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 To justify my vote, consider this: Wong was way too vocal and attracted way to much attention on thread (and in private actually) for me to think of him as scum; I cannot imagine that he would not have been "brought back" by his fellow scums or that an attempt at diverting the lynch could not have been done to try and save his megablocks; none of that happened. Furthermore, the curse he used could not have had, IMO, been attributed to a scum; why would a scum want to put his head on the line by using such a curse? As scum, would you have used the curse and volunteered for the lynch ...it makes no sense! There were but six who did not vote for Wong over these first two days. Three of those have been accursed of night. No longer do their souls lend warmth to our discomfort here. The other three include thyself, Purplonia. Barkonius and Rutherford are the others. I do perpend that thou doth seem far more certain of our mistake now than when Wong was still among us. T'would not suprirse me in the least, if one of the three were scum, and thou are not the least of my suspicions among thee. I have no qualms about being a follower, but that doesn't mean I'm an Odor Eater. Well, I am convinced-eth. I'm not sure where to go from here. Rutherford would be good today. Godric too. We'll see. Couldst thou iterate what thou doth see in Rutherford that might lead thee to accuse him? Thou didst not seem concerned with Habblable-Bibble ere now. Couldst thou iterate what thou doth see in Rutherford that might lead thee to accuse him? Thou didst not seem concerned with Habblable-Bibble ere now. Aye... my apologies for this... I mistook Orion for another miscreant in my notes. I do see thy complaints agin Rutherford there.
Rutherford HablabbleBibble Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 And lest the confession of Orion Kettlboil go to waste, he didst say prior that he didst counsel Wong to use his Provocarus Curse. Now that Wong hath proven town, it wouldst be good to revisit this counsel, as that would most certainly have been the counsel an Odor Eater wouldst have given. Moreso understanding that the other primary candidates, Krup and Snarky, were both also town. What better way to remove the Gladiator role from future menace to their cause? I missed this. Where'd he say that?
Drubulum Panck Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Seems to be some concerns about my "beautiful work of art". No, I didn't pre-write it. I wrote it today. I sent messages, as I mentioned, to two people and already had the Wong-related potato messages saved for further study, so the play didn't take long to write, and I didn't have to be online (whatever that is) to do it, which made it easy for me. Originally, I thought that Flimflam had been killed by taking the bath, so I assumed the Catalina had been scum-killed. It seemed too odd to be a coincidence to me that Catalina who had played such a crucial part in discovering information against Wong would be killed the night after we lynched Wong and they both turned up town. That's one of the reasons why I wrote the play so you could help me determine who would be the most likely to be lying/have something to hide, for which reason they would kill Catalina. Furthermore, I had told someone that if Wong turned up town, I would stoop so low as to write a play about the fiasco, and I had to make good on my promise. I also wasn't sure if Wong was trying to attempt a sting or something by being so scummy and if so, if he gotten any leads that he had shared with a survivor of the night. I missed this. Where'd he say that? http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=81811&st=75#entry1577584 By the way, Dillpickle, as shown in the post, which is the only one the I believe Orion mentioned it. He didn't ask Wong to use his curse only to claim once he already used it. Unless, he did say what you're saying he did elsewhere. That's something of a lie, matey.

I did not say you were scum amd I never implied you were not cleared. Your attitude is very in-your-face and aggressive, great attributes to have! Your attitude and hatred for dumb/new/ignorant players may however blind you as to the scuminess of others; Would you rather scrutinize me or someone like Orion whom has just said that he has no opinion. Orion just basically told us that even after everythig that transpired last night and yesterday he does not know what to think. I am sorry but at this point if you are just sitting back and waiting for others to move, you are either scum or dumb and I am neither. To address Pickle's statement; I barely bother to read your posts because your pose gives me headache and that I have yet to see you contribute anything pertinent to the discussion. What I understand is that you are suspicious of me for saying "I told you" in regards to Wong's towniness. Point me to the one post where I explicitely said that I was sure of his affiliation; I merely indicated that I was not comfortable lynching him as I thought he was town seeing that my interpretation of the gladiator role is one where the role makes more sense to be a town role.
Drubulum Panck Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Whoa, the punctuation was poor in that last bit. My apologies, but I think the meaning is still understandable.
Orion Kettleboil Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Orion whom has just said that he has no opinion. Orion just basically told us that even after everythig that transpired last night and yesterday he does not know what to think. I am sorry but at this point if you are just sitting back and waiting for others to move, you are either scum or dumb and I am neither. I have an opinion and I gave it. Rutherford/Godric are the scummiest ones here, and I made clear that I suspected them during yesterday too. I feel like Rutherford would be a better lynch than Godric, if only because Rutherford's middle-road attitude is a lot more characteristic of an Odor Eater than Godric's explicitly saying that he was voting for Wong despite the fact that he thought he was town (which is similar to what Snarky did). I also feel like Barkonius makes a few good points about Gertrude and Langston. There are times when I totally forget that Langston exists, so he could easily be an Odor Eater. Gertrude I'm not so sure about, but again, Barkonius makes good points about her; she's been crusading ~valiantly~ against penises left and right. I'm generally inclined to see the more aggressive folks as town, but it depends on Gertrude and how she likes to act as an Odor Eater. What I did say, however, is that I don't know where to go from here. While a Rutherford lynch would be stellar right now, he hasn't held a neon sign above his head proclaiming his scumminess for all to see, so I don't see him getting a majority. Actually, that brings up a good point. Anyone else willing to vote Rutherford today? I'm not dumb or scum, in-depth analysis of behavior just isn't one my strong points. By the way, Dillpickle, as shown in the post, which is the only one the I believe Orion mentioned it. He didn't ask Wong to use his curse only to claim once he already used it. Unless, he did say what you're saying he did elsewhere. That's something of a lie, matey. Our overlord informed us of the weird change in voting, I voted for Snarky, and then Wong came to me to say that we should try to rally people to vote for Snarky. It was almost like he was hitting on me, so hot, yet so disturbing... I told him I didn't trust him, that I was only voting for Snarky because he seemed scummier, so Wong claimed the gladiator action. It all went from there.

There was another comment in which I didst think he mentioned it, however it doth appear that I had misremembered. For the record, twas this one: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=81811&st=125#entry1578600, which is in concert with your correction. I withdraw that concern on Orion. To address Pickle's statement; I barely bother to read your posts because your pose gives me headache and that I have yet to see you contribute anything pertinent to the discussion. Thou hast raised my suspicions for a few reasons. My suspicion of thee was largely initiated because thou wast one of the three that did not vote for Wang at all despite all of his fumbling and outright lying. Given the scum knew he was not scum, it wouldst not surprise me in the least if there were scum among those who didst not vote for him. Thy "I told you so" earlier in today's thread should be enough for you to understand why that wouldst raise my suspicion of you among those three, and there are others already calling for Rutherford's account.
Rutherford HablabbleBibble Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 I'm not dumb or scum, in-depth analysis of behavior just isn't one my strong points. That's pretty obvious, you haven't raised any suspicions against me that go beyond "he's got a middle-road attitude." Are you going to let Barkonius make the accusations for you? (Speaking of which, Barky, can you re-state them so I can defend myself?)
Purplonia Pink Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 There was another comment in which I didst think he mentioned it, however it doth appear that I had misremembered. I do agree that my not voting for Wong may be perceived as scummy but remember that I had made my intentions clear much earlier than when my vote was cast; I also feel that my reasoning behind my vote was sound. For Orion; thank you for taking the time to address my concerns. I have to admit that Rutherford would make a good candidate for a lynch based on his actions but I fear that such a lynch (i.e. without investigative, tracker or watcher) would only be a lucky guess. You have to admit that our track record megablocking sucks! This last statement makes me wonder if we have such results available; surely by day 3 some NA results have had to be insightful.
Timly Dimplebop Posted April 30, 2013 Posted April 30, 2013 Barkonius and Loony, Why are you 2 so friendly with each other? Is there something we should know about? Especially considering Barkonius, that you aren't as verbose as some. Dillpickle, Quite a bit of weeding through your posts to get to your point. Any chance you could use some sort of a translation spell to help us out? Panck, You still haven't responded to my question. Godric, You still seem to be all over the place. Sometimes you make sense and other times you let a scummy side through. Are you trying to hide something?
Drubulum Panck Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 Panck, You still haven't responded to my question. I'm sorry. I'm busy looking over yesterday's thread, I'll get back to you if I think your lynch is worth pursuing. At this point our track record on lynching people similar to you hasn't been great, so I'm not certain whether to start going for it again or not.
Drubulum Panck Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 I have to say that looking over Rutherford's comments from yesterday there isn't really a whole lot of substance at all, something I hadn't really caught earlier due to his posts not being too short in general. Surprise, surprise, though, he only made six posts in total yesterday. I guess sometimes it's a bit hard to keep track of who is saying what when we are all somewhat unfamilar to one another. Anyway, I looked over the list and couldn't find anything particularly scummy. Perhaps it's just because I'm tired now. He is rather unhelpful though. He also doesn't commit to the bandwagon or to any of the other more serious accusations being spun, but votes for Krup (which I don't think in itself can be seen as particularly scummy. However, he does wait for the mousey thing to vote first. Maybe I will try to look a this posts on Day 1, but for now I don't think his level of scumminess really surpasses others by an incredibe extent.
Twatty Tittlesteen Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 Another person on my suspect list is Twatty Tweedlesteen, he also changed his opinion on Wong rather quick, but at least he gave a reason. What I find odd, though, is how he repeadedly accused Helena of trying to get people to lynch Godric for her own benefit (looking back, it's hard to see what Helena would have gained; if she is town and Godric is too, how does that help her? If she is scum, it's just unecessary attention, even more so now that we know Wong was town). At the same time he sounded like he half-assedly agreed with her, but argued that it's too late to try. Weird. I suppose that I could have worded that better. What I meant there was that I found it weird that Helena expected us to change our votes to Godric on such short notice, with little time left in the day, all just because she said so. So really it wasn't to her benefit, but still, it seemed weird to me. So, yes, my wording should have been different, but it came out in a way that made sense to me. I hope that is cleared up for you. And you're right, it wouldn't really help her. My claim towards her was not repeatedly, but only once. I also do believe that I mentioned a few times that a lynch for Godric would be nice, but at that moment we needed to test Wong's action claim and get rid of all the messy arguments towards them, so we could get our heads and thoughts straight.
Timly Dimplebop Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 This last statement makes me wonder if we have such results available; surely by day 3 some NA results have had to be insightful. I had this same thought earlier and forgot to include it in my previous post. In my experience usually by day 3 one of our NA folks has at least been able to pass to the populace at large some sort of result. Anybody have anything to give us?
Twatty Tittlesteen Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 Purplonia and Timly, you are hoping for a mouthpiece of somebody with a Night Action, correct? Because that statement jus pinged me a little bit, specially if you aren't hoping for one. Do you really expect a Night Action to just randomly pop out and say "Hey, I'm the *insert NA here*! I targeted so-and-so, and he ended up *insert result of action here*" But at this point, seeing as there are 7(?) Penises down, and no Odor Eaters gone yet, I think it is probably a little hard to find somebody that the PR's can trust. In fact, I'm starting to second-guess whether I think the people who I am socializing with are actually loyal to us(Yes, I am talking with people who I believe are town, but now am slightly worried).

Of course I don't expect them to just come out and say it. Past experience though, it's usually a mouth piece (i.e. the investigator investigates someone on night one, trusts them and uses them to let the rest of the town know). Even if we don't know any details, it would be nice to have hints of info from NA's starting to happen by now. Or maybe its just wishful thinking on my part.
Barkonius Twitch Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 AI don't know why she was pursuing me, but the main accusations against me were that I only responded when asked a question. I responded to her about that, but it did not seem good enough for her. Not an accusation of any sort, just funny to highlight. She said she thought you were only responding when accused, and then you responded to the accusations and she didn't stop the accusations. Surely you see the humor in the situation. Oh wait, that sounds pretty familiar to you already, huh? But, don't you see the outrageously obvious flaw in this argument? You're claiming you lynched them for being loud and confusing and trying to take leadership positions. You're claiming we didn't lynch them for that reason. And you're saying you were in the right... so, if I'm following your logic properly, we should not accuse you for attempting to be a town leader, because YOU are the person who accuses people of trying to be confusing and town-leadery. So, you're telling us you'll be accusing yourself, right? Further more, saying "if I were an Odor Eater, I'd act differently, believe you me" is a terrible terrible terrible defense. This whole speech reads simply like this: you can't accuse me for the things I accused them of, that's not fair. Also, I'm clearly not an Odor Eater because I'm acting the way I'm acting. Not awe inspiring, to say the least. I did not say you were scum amd I never implied you were not cleared. Wow wow wow. Ms. Pink, you weren't pinging me before, but now you are. You were never implying that Atrianny isn't cleared?! You should be. She's not cleared. What makes you say that. It looks like as soon as someone disagrees with your accusations, and tries to shine the spotlight back on you... you just comply. That's VERY Odor Eatery. Trying to cast suspicion, but then disappearing into the shadows when it looks like you might be dragged into it. Not loving it. That's pretty obvious, you haven't raised any suspicions against me that go beyond "he's got a middle-road attitude." Are you going to let Barkonius make the accusations for you? (Speaking of which, Barky, can you re-state them so I can defend myself?) It's an accumulation of things, mostly just voting middle of the pack and saying middle of the pack things. Admittedly pretty tough to defend yourself from - but I can tell you how!! Post your suspicions. Stop pretending to be active and be active. Contribute, don't just answer us and attack whoever anyone else is attacking. You told us you WOULD be going back over the last few days. What'd you learn? Barkonius and Loony, Why are you 2 so friendly with each other? Is there something we should know about? Especially considering Barkonius, that you aren't as verbose as some. I don't know why Loony trusts me. I was just inviting her behind the fence for a roll in my hay field. Anyone is welcome for a romp in the hay field with me! Even Odor Eaters... but I'll kill them afterwards. Are you calling me out for it because you want to join? I'm sure you do. You're always welcome. My hay fields are very well watered! Its where I sow my seeds.

It's an accumulation of things, mostly just voting middle of the pack and saying middle of the pack things. Admittedly pretty tough to defend yourself from - but I can tell you how!! Post your suspicions. Stop pretending to be active and be active. Contribute, don't just answer us and attack whoever anyone else is attacking. You told us you WOULD be going back over the last few days. What'd you learn? I don't know why Loony trusts me. I was just inviting her behind the fence for a roll in my hay field. Anyone is welcome for a romp in the hay field with me! Even Odor Eaters... but I'll kill them afterwards. Are you calling me out for it because you want to join? I'm sure you do. You're always welcome. My hay fields are very well watered! Its where I sow my seeds. I don't believe I ever said I lynched them for being town-leadery or vocal, I lynched them for lying. Accusing someone for being a leader is a terrible reason to accuse someone. Accusing someone for lying in private and lynching the liar is the only acceptable course of action. Second, I wasn't saying "If I was an Odor Eater, I'd do this", I said, "According to your logc, If I was an Odor Eater, I'd do this". I was pointing out a contradiction in he logic, that is, she said that she town read Krup and Wang for drawing attention to themselves. I said, by that logic, I'd be cleared and you'd be scummy as hell, giving that hypothetical situation where I was an Odor Eater and the world followed her logic as an example. Third, you're probably my strongest Town read right now just for how stubbornly you're pursuing me and how you point out all sorts of good stuff that we can debate about. I definitely agree on Pink, seeing as how she said she thought I was clear right after I accused her of being scummy (lolwut?) It almost seems like buddying, but I'm just terribly confused at this point.
Hinckley Posted May 1, 2013 Author Posted May 1, 2013 Interlude You may now vote. You have 48 hours to reach a conviction.
Rutherford HablabbleBibble Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 Alright. I've taken a good look at the past three days, and I've got my suspect. Vote: Godric Goaty-Blather. Now, let's take a look at why. Vote: Ariattny Sugarbottom I don't like you, or your horrible counting skills! Plus, I've heard through the grapevine that only scum can't count. I think it's a general conensus this was unbelievably dumb. Exactly, because you can't count. It's called a shot in the dark. You're coming up as suspicious to me, and I don't like it. No, there's been dumber reasons for votes, believe me. Here, he explains his vote - because of Arriateney's personality quirk (I'm assuming). Apparently he finds that suspicios and thinks there have been dumber reasons to vote for somebody. I'm unconvinced of that. And that's about it for Day One. Moving on to Day Two; I'm not sure if you read correctly. I thought that Wong Wang was the scared townie, and I said that because he hastily used a potentially very useful action for his own self-survival (because he was scared of being lynched). It was my understanding that I did yesterday, however I'll explain again that voting for Ariattny was a complete poke and shot in the dark. The fact that you're referencing this again today even though I explained it yesterday after doing it makes me a bit suspicious. I'm on to you, Panck. He thinks Wong's a scared townie, which is understandable, but then lashes out at Panck for caling him out on accusations from the day before. Rather defensive, in my eyes. I'm not exactly sure who to vote for. I've talked with Drumudgelous privately and I've come to a conclusion that he's a vanilla townie. As for Wong Wang, I think he's a scared townie, but I find him upsetting because of the action he has. What if there's a chance that he's able to use the gladiator curse again? We weren't exactly confirmed that it was a one shot action. What if he's able to manipulate the vote every day? Therefore, I: Vote: Wong Wang I've never seen such an action used before so I'm not sure what the precedent is. All I know is that he caused the death of a townie yesterday and he's been odd today. Then he goes and votes for the person he thinks is a scard townie, on account of his role being dangerous. What?? That's not how a townie plays. You don't lynch somebody immediately for screwing up with their action once. That's like trying to lynch the vig for accidentally killing a townie, or an investigator who got a framed result. If you thought he was townie but used his role poorly, why not try and talk some sense into or reason with him instead? Something that doesn't involve lynching someone you think is townie? His ability to manipulate a vote could be disastrous. What's to stop him from simply rigging the vote every day? It's not like he has to listen to us if he creates a gladiator vote again. He could just keep on manipulating the vote as he wishes, especially if he's allied with the scum or if he's some sort of a neutral. You can bet the scum would want to recruit him and protect him at night. Secondly, I'm not sure if he's a scared townie or not. I might be wrong. He might be the scummiest person in this game or he might be the saintliest townie. Or he might even be completely neutral. We don't know and we will only know if we vote him out. Why are you defending him so vehemently? You yourself voted for him. I'm not changing my vote and I'm sticking by my justification. That role is dangerous and should be removed as quickly as possible. I wouldn't trust him if he said to us that it was a one-shot action. He begins to doubt his own thoughts on Wong's allegience, admitting he could be the scummiest or the towniest. Just goes to show how much thought he puts into his suspicions... I'm going to repeat this once more. I don't know if you're town or not. I'm leaning towards you being scum, which is one reason as to why I'm voting for you. I ceased saying you're a scared townie several posts ago and now I'm convinced that since you're ignoring that post that you're likely scum. Coupled with what others have been saying and I don't really need to list anymore reasons. How do people know you're a "named townie"? Because you said so? Okay, in that case, I'll say I'm a townie too. Everyone tell us whether you're scum or town, because according to Wong we can trust everyone's word. I'm not changing my vote. If you want me to be less noncommittal then I shall be. I think Wong is scum and that is why I'm voting for him. I'm getting less and less convinced that he can use that action repeatedly, otherwise he would have used it by now. Regardless, he did get Snarky voted out yesterday with that action to save his own panda hide. From what I hear around the shop, that's extremely scummy. No, wait, he's leaning towards him being scum now. That explains a lot, especially considering how he's now suddenly going along with what everyone else thinks. Suspicions turning right around over the course of a few posts isn't smart, no matter your allegience. Oh, and that thing about not believing it's a one-shot? That's gone too. He thinks it's a one-shot. Just like everybody else! Shocking. And just to re-literature, Wong is no longer a scared townie, because according to the shop everybody else, he's actually extremely scummy. And now today's defense. Thanks for bringing up some points. I'll be happy to answer them. I'd like to think I'm following along. I do know about the lynches and the reasons for them and occasionally, while I agree with others for their reasons on voting for a person, I feel like adding my own reason in addition. I agreed with everything that people said about Wong, so I didn't feel it needed repeating and I wanted to get my own opinion in. At the time the idea of a neutral gladiator made sense in my head. As stated, I felt at the time that that was a good reason in addition to the other reasons that people were voting for Wong. There's no reason to repeat the same thing repeatedly each time someone votes for someone if they agree with what's been said. And yes, I'm sure the scum have a protector. Historically in every mafia game ever the scum have had some form of a protector. I'm pretty sure they can recruit as well, however this I'm not sure of. Continuing, you said that I was speaking with my "scum buddies" thinking he was neutral. I didn't know if he was neutral or scum, but at the time I viewed him as bad news. I stated this yesterday. He likes adding his own reason and wanted to get his own opinion in, yet agreed with everybody else voting for Wong to the point where he didn't even need to add anything else...quite the contraception, no? I keep hearing that he added something to the case against Wong, but I can't seem to find it. Could you grab a quote for this, Godric? Apparently he viewed Wong as bad news. True enough, if you consider a townie with a 'dangerous' action to be bad news...if not, then he thought Wong was bad news for half of yesterday. The second half. After his opinion on Wong completely flip-flopped. Just in case you frogot. Here, I've even made up a flash summary of it all! As for Wong Wang, I think he's a scared townie, but I find him upsetting because of the action he has. Secondly, I'm not sure if he's a scared townie or not. I think Wong is scum and that is why I'm voting for him. I, of course, agreed with the others. Disclaimer: This flash summary is not an all-encompassing accurate representation of the case against Godric.
Helena Hippopaw Posted May 1, 2013 Posted May 1, 2013 It all comes back to Godric. That role is dangerous and should be removed as quickly as possible. I wouldn't trust him if he said to us that it was a one-shot action. Nobody thought the gladiator could be used a second time, did they? That was dumb i think he wanted to deliberately mislead town. Then, he said !"We will only know if we vote him out" Really? Is that true? Is that the way to test all townies here? So, he is sticking by his justification... I'm going to repeat this once more. I don't know if you're town or not. I'm leaning towards you being scum, which is one reason as to why I'm voting for you. I ceased saying you're a scared townie several posts ago and now I'm convinced that since you're ignoring that post that you're likely scum. Regardless, he did get Snarky voted out yesterday with that action to save his own panda hide. From what I hear around the shop, that's extremely scummy. Now he isn'T convinced he can use that role, but instead Wang is scum. Why? Because he chose Snarky, someone everyone thought scummy, to pair in his gladiator. Convenient Only one way to test if you're town: Vote: Godric Goaty-Blather If Godric is scum, we will have a few more people who used werak reasons to lynch Wang yesterday. Wang had half the votes, and there was many hours left, and Godric had some votes. Still, some people urged against Godric and to lynch Wang. Maybe we can learn something here. Since we learned nothing with Wang's lynch other than that he was town
