April 30, 201311 yr What beautiful church and fantastic scenery.....nicely detailed trees too ! Excellent job designing and man, that's a lot of plates used there 'kris kelvin'.......who's the furry little one eh ? Brick On !
April 30, 201311 yr Beautiful church kris kelvin! Love the hamster, but the brick work is amazing. I'm sure that took a lot of time. The level of detail throughout the MOC is very inspiring, as I'm sure you'll hear over and over! I only wish I had this kind of creativity, excellent work
April 30, 201311 yr That is really a beauty! Love the brickwork, detail, scenery - just everything. Even the hamster ;-)
April 30, 201311 yr I always wanted to build my home towns church with Lego bricks, but found it extremely hard to get the shapes right. Your church has got it all! This is so amazing. Just wonderful. The color choice, the arches and windows and the roof - everything fits. Finalized by a beautiful small surrounding. Very well done, Kris!
April 30, 201311 yr That is unbelievably amazing, i am speechless, i have no speech..... The detail and the plates and the detail... WOW! Truly spectacular. Happy building
April 30, 201311 yr Great church. This just goes to prove... Everything is better with a hamster! Andy D
April 30, 201311 yr Excellent church with amazing detail. Unfortunately, it has a huge rodent problem. Going to have to call in the exterminators, although at that scale, it may eat them for lunch
April 30, 201311 yr When I see the name Kris Kelvin I am guaranteed that the work is an amazing work!!! You are simply unbeatable!
April 30, 201311 yr As great and detailed as the church is, I actually prefer the stone walkway and the fence the most. I'd like to utilize those concepts in a future build, if you don't mind. But I love the side structuring on the church and the windows. The color works really well too. Keep up the good work.
April 30, 201311 yr Author Thanks all :) I`m glad that you like it. Hamster is Sariel`s pet, I prefer cats and crocodiles.
May 1, 201311 yr Kris Beautiful but also ominous your church looks like the cloisters from Blizzards Diablo Two video game. Also good job on the gothic arch over the doorway and round plates for broken brick. Bill
May 1, 201311 yr Well enjoy or go to hell rofl I'm not a fan of building mocs, churches, rickety scaffolding, or things with the word "neo" in their name, but this church I like Edited May 1, 201311 yr by Henchmen4Hire
May 1, 201311 yr Very beautiful church indeed. I like the trees and details around it too. Is there any interior?
May 1, 201311 yr Absolutely beautiful in every way. Also like to know about the interior. Imagine how sore ya fingers are going to be when you have to pull apart all those plates. Many thanks for sharing.
May 1, 201311 yr This is a fantastic design! I used plates for a modular once, and it was hard work putting them together. Your church has tones of plates and it looks perfect! Also the scenery is lovely, the tall fence and greenery around it makes it look like a nice and quiet place isolated from every day hustle and bustle. Well done!
May 3, 201311 yr Wow. Stunning. Amazing how you make things so absolutely perfect. What more can I say...
May 3, 201311 yr This is magnificent! I love the textures created by the use of the different coloured and types of plates for the walls, as well as the overall shape and proportions of the church. I also like how you have done the fence, with the contrasting tiles on top. The landscaping is superb, enough to create a sense of this being an old church, without it being overgrown or distracting from the beauty of the church.
May 3, 201311 yr Beware of the giant hamster!!! Truly eye candy! The dark red really stands out and the wall surrounding it fits very well! And the scaffolding is the best I've ever seen
May 3, 201311 yr Beautiful church : i like the texture, colors, the trees, and what's most important : the ambiance of this moc. Bravo ! I prefer cats and crocodiles. Cats and crocodiles prefer hamster ! Edited May 3, 201311 yr by castor-troy
May 3, 201311 yr This is insane, awesome, and somewhat unfair It's darn near scale-model like in detail. The scaffolding, pipeline, brickwork is all excellent!
