This looks great! I love the colour combination, the use of the crates for the flowerboxes on the upper windows and the texture of the roof. Looks like it would fit in nicely with the official modulars as well.

Is there an interior?

This is a fantastic MOC! The colour scheme is perfect, sand blue really goes well with lbg, and then the hints of colours from the curtains and flower beds in the top floor. It's detailed enough to catch an eye, but upon a second look there are still some hidden details. The use of rounded windows above the doors for a details is very clever. The off-set roof looks fine, as it doesn't look monotonous. Although the scale is a bit too big to fit with official modulars, this is a fine example of a modular building. Questions: Is there any interior and any details on the back of the house?

Well done.

Thanks everyone for comments! I am really happy, that you enjoy the MOC!

There is no interior (i regret), because windows from the other side look not attractively and in some places i needed to use big, sand blue wedge plates which didn't allow to make interiors. There is also no back of house, because i don't have enough bricks (maybe in the future i will have :) ).

Doesn't exactly make it any worse, in my opinion. Sometimes you've just got to work with what you've got, and you've done a fantastic job. That said, I love the way the flowerboxes are made, that Kristel identified as 4 x 3 crates - I would not have thought of it, and it's brilliant. Mind if I steal borrow the idea?

I must repeat what almost everyone has already said - the colour combination is wonderful. All those LBG tiles representing corner stones give the building very nice finished look. The leveled roof is also great. I employed this technique myself a few times but haven't tried it with cheese slopes yet.

Very well done!

Go ahead! :)

I'm not shure if i understood, but the roof is made of normal slopes (not cheese).

Thank you!

Lindon,

my compliments.

As many already said a lovely colourcombination. I learned a lot from your nice detailing and if you don't mind I will borrow some ideas.

How did you make that street light? I think they would be great with an LED light in them, and you wouldn't see the wire! The whole thing is awesome!
