Posted May 4, 201311 yr Hi Everyone! I want to show you miniscale variant of Horizon Express (10233). I hope you like it! Thank you!
May 4, 201311 yr Great mini MOC! I have not looked closely at the Horizon Express yet but it seems you have really captured it in microscale! The surroundings look great too! Especially the tunnel in the hill! Edited May 4, 201311 yr by streifen
May 4, 201311 yr Very faithful reproduction of a very detailed set. Having presented it in a beautifully created scenery definitely gives this creation an 'added value'. I think it wouldn't look so great had it been presented as a stand-alone. Very nice work!

Please give me a link to your MOC when you'll make it! Very faithful reproduction of a very detailed set. Very nice work!Thank you very much! It was so little without the scenery.
May 5, 201311 yr It's so cute! You really caught all the details to make it instantly recognizable. Also the scale is great. I've just started playing around with mini scale and this looks very inspiring. Well done!
May 5, 201311 yr The miniscale Horizon Express is excellent and instantly recognisable, but what I really like about this is the overall scene you've created. The tunnel, landscaping and bridge really bring this to life for me. Well done!
May 8, 201311 yr It is very nice and looks just like the real one going through countryside. Can I make one small suggestion though. Between the coaches the real H/E just like the TGV and others has Jacobs Bogies. I am sure that a small modification to your tiny train can accommodate this though and then it would look even more realistic.

May 12, 201311 yr Very nicely done Elen. Not just on the train but the whole scene is just fantastic. Many thanks for sharing. Super! Now if you can just find a way to fit power functions in there... ;) LOL good one!
May 12, 201311 yr Fantastic mini creation 'Elen', I really like the exiting the tunnel, etc., too......Brick On !
May 28, 201311 yr What a fantastic MOC, congrats! What about a challenge to build other high speed/bullet trains like the Shinkansen, ICE, Thalys in microscale?
June 4, 201311 yr Wow! That is great. You really got it spot on to the set. Amazing job. You need to add another engine car to the other end to make it the super awesome double sized Express.
June 11, 201311 yr I love the cave and the nuances you used to capture the lines on the Horizon Express!
June 11, 201311 yr Lovely combo between the brightly colored train and the natural colors of the environment. I like the tunnel/bridge "high/low" contrast too. Great little scene! With microscale you can do a lot with a little :) Edit: also you leave me groping in the dark as to how it's all connected inside the loc :) Edited June 11, 201311 yr by Erik Leppen
June 13, 201311 yr I hope you like it! Thank you! Great work! HE is one of my all time favourite sets (I own 4 already!) and that's a nice rendering - wouldn't mind it sitting on my desk! The train/carriages seems a little on the short side, though, compared with the real thing?
June 14, 201311 yr This is a really nice MOC, I like the setting too with the tunnel and bridge. Well done
