Maybe, depends on how high I make this.....perhaps as tall as the parking station 4207 ?

I have already started the second storey exterior and added a small kitchen at the far right above the post office......maybe a lunch room.....we'll see what happens eh ?

Thanks to 'Rick' this morning correcting the title of this topic, hopefully tomorrow I can post an updated image of the building's second level......kitchen/lunch room fitted out minus water dispenser and coffee machine. Still require suggestions......there is another floor yet.

Keep watching !

Looking good LT :D i like the tiling on the footpath you've done.

And i think those builders get their job done super fast so they more time to check out the ladies

Happy building

It's always great to see your MOCs, LT. They fit in size with my buildings, so they are quite inspirational. Especially your always detailed interior.

So far I have just built more classic styled buildings, with shops on the ground floor and flats upstairs. Just the bank is in a more modern architecture. But it should be followed by neighbouring buildings. What you have built here would fit with the bank.

Keep up the good work.

Thanks for your kind words 'Laka', originally I was going just to design some stand alone shops but it got out of hand and grew !

I'm waiting on more black 4x6 frames and matching trans-light blue window pieces to continue the build....might stop after the next level,

Keep watching everyone !

Nice work.

just for the fun of being complete... the pics of the real thing that were shown are Belgian hardware shops and we even get them in three variations: small ones in the centres of large cities, normal ones just about all over the place and very large ones sparcely strewn about...as poets would put it.

Thanks, I chose those stores because it was inner city shop fronts to fit into my vision to expand town square.....when i can buy that set......you got give the crane some heights work eh ?

Just waiting on those parts and I can start on the third level......oop's I must start the furniture today too.......keep watching !

Your guys are working fast, LT!

It seems there will be a billboard in the first floor, is it not?

Will the upper floors have oofices?

It's looking good. You got me curious ;)

Thanks for the feedback 'Artifex', oop's I screwed up one of my images......dam it.

Now a billboard.....ah, yes a sign to be attached between pins on the second and third floors.....like the one on the City Bank.

Both nerds have or will have offices, maybe a board room as well not sure yet.....long wait on frames and window glass pieces. :sadnew:

Suggestions always welcome.....and like I always say.....keep watching !

I know it's not common Lego practice, but what about light bulbs or something along those lines? Even a "glass-giant" needs some light when the night comes and people are working late -- and there seems to be enough room for that.

Ah, light fixtures...yeah, they seem missing inside Lego's buildings you're right - might look into that tomorrow, but I'm also trying to design this as if it was an actual set design hence the lack of tiled floors and only tiled pavement.....keep watching.

As pretty much an unlicensed electrician myself, I would love to see that.

Maybe I need to make a custom sparky but no pliers yet......anyway, I should have at least the interior wall sections up on the third level today.....keep watching (though it's a few hours away  ).
