Hi, well, thought it t'would be a good idea to have a topic like this, show your awards from things you have done in the past.

Yeah, same here. Doesn't really count, but I'm a member of NAGTY (National Academy of Gifted and Talented Youth), I'm a grade 5 with theory musician with the E-flat horn and I won an award for our yearbook in a poll- I came third in 'most likely to become Prime Minister', and won the 'most likely to be a millionaire' category.

Oh- not forgeting one of my most prized posestions, my junior karting license, i can take any kids who have there JKLs and race them. Karting is so fun! These were on proper teenage karts that could do ecsess of 30MPH.

i won the poetry competition in liverpool for righting about john lennon airport.

i won a trip to zagreb (that how you spell it?) because i drew a plane when i was 8 *sweet*

and verious awards for music saxophone, piano

I think the only trophies I have for winning something are two from a chess tournament... I don't really feel like taking pictures of them... ;-)

I have this one trophy I won at school in some kind of football competition when I was 7 or so. I don't care about it at all.

I also have diploms from both my school and the Goethe Institution (which is an institution committed to helping non-native speakers learn German). The fact that I'm just a bit below the level of a native speaker in German and that I have good school results are a bit more important.

No "awards" to show though, the prizes being a bunch of Bionicle sets.

Aside from that, I never had any physical trophies for anything except for stuff done in elementary school.

Did have a stained glass window I made of a dolphin photo put up in the school library though.

In brief:

Two Black Belts. Coloured belts in eight other Martial Arts.

Grade 1 Tuba.

Not very good in Martial Arts competitions generally, but I've won a couple for Kata, rather than fighting.

Two years running best male student at Karate.

Nothing academic (too busy doing Martial Arts to excel in education, though I have a degree (somehow!))

I have a trophy from a running competition which I won 10 years ago :-P . And I have the Lego Chess King set which I won about a year(or 2, I don't really know anymore) on C-C.com(Classic Chess Contest I thought it was called |-/ ). That's about it though.
