Yep I saw them too but picked up printless ones instead, first time I see them so I imagine they are from a fresh batch. I would love to get some of your torsos though!!??!!!

Digging the new black tricorne hat with reddish brown hair dual-molded to it (from Disney Peter Pan / Hook set)

Truly fits well on a soldier. :pir-thumb:

I shall eagerly wait for it.

Ah, so there are various colours too? With any luck, I could possibly pick few of these up from BL.

Yes, they come with reddish brown, medium nougat, and magenta hair currently. Tan hair is coming soon with the new Imperial Fort set!

What set is that fig from?

The new Disney Castle! Similar size and structure to the 2016 version but with a lot of changes and improvements. This one's minifigures are all based on Disney princess/fairy-tale films.

In addition to Naveen's cape and epaulettes (which are probably the most likely minifig parts to appear in non-Disney sets, since they're unprinted), Flynn Ryder's torso and legs could also be great for either pirates or civilians.

You have a beautiful red coat army! I am very happy to see visual confirmation of what I had imagined i.e. the hair hat combo though allocated to female soldiers in the eldorado fortress will in fact do great for males to if anyone is inclined to swap.

Wow, that's a whopper! Hopefully lots of those pieces come to PAB - light nougat faceted bricks are useful but I can't justify buying a 4k piece set just for those and a few minifigure elements!

The light nougat masonry bricks also appear in the (smaller, cheaper, less exclusive) Heartlake City Community Center so I'd be surprised if they didn't make it to Pick-a-Brick eventually. I was looking at those today and thinking about how nice they might be for some warm and sunny Mediterranean architecture.

That is a gorgeous set. I'm glad Lego have finally started using the colour for buildings rather than just minifigures, it's a really nice summery colour.

I think I’m going to use this torso as a merchant for the cutter that comes with the new Eldorado Fortress with the head from the Fire Command Truck that belongs to the workman and one of the pony tail Tricorn hats. The head has two prints, one with a scared face, which would be perfect to represent the terror he’d be feeling being boarded by pirates.

THE EPAULETTES! Is this a reissue of the legendary yellow ones??

No, these ones are Cool Yellow (Bright Light Yellow on BrickLink), which is a lighter color than the Bright Yellow ones from 1989.

TY for clarification, that means it's a brand-new colour for the piece! Wanna see it live :pir_laugh2:

Regarding the new Disney Castle, the new Prince Charming minifigure has a new torso print dress uniform which may have some interesting possibilities. I think its suposed to be modelled on the uniform of the Austrian/Hapsburg Emperor.

The design of the print is rather simple, but (I think) not too cartoonish. The shoulder braid/aiguillette and golden detail around the neck/collar are perhaps more suited to Napoleonic era Mocs then the golden age of piracy, but could perhaps be used as a govenor, general, aide de camp, cavalryman or drummer boy.
