You are right! My bad, i was naturally skipping yellow heads when i was browsing through the parts :pir_laugh2: I read that also the animals might sell out pretty fast. Like in minutes. But stuff will be back in stock later.

I have some warm tan heads on my list and will also order several of the torso with warm tan hands from the table soccer set. I guess it is the easiest way to get such hands?!

Maybe as gloves in some minis or cmfs?

I think the pottery lady in the second last series had dark tan hands.

I guess warm tan is still a rare color. I have only one head so far (from a Star Wars character). Guess i will just order the soccer table torsos for the hands and the torsos itself will go into my "Never use Lego" box :pir_laugh2:

Yes, it is. I did so when I needed reddish brown hands recently. 😀

Don't know if it's of any interest to folks here, but according to New Elementary, the online Pick-a-brick recently added unprinted versions of several parts that normally come printed, including the white bicorne hat and 6x4 flag with two clips.

I saw the bicorne but there is no picture so you can’t tell if there is printing on there perhaps there was a double upload of a piece, I have seen that before.

Based on the prices of those two pieces I don’t expect there is any printing on either one.

Yeah, you guys are probably right, but Lego never posted a photo on PAB so who knows?

Dunno how useful these will be, but the upcomming Botanical Collection set 10329 has epaulettes in a new color, pink:

That set also has Fabuland washtubs, 3x3 macaroni tiles, and 5x5x2 wheels in Dark Orange for the first time! I imagine the first two, at least, could have lots of potential nautical uses.

Some other recolors I can imagine uses for in Pirates MOCs include the butterflies in Medium Lilac (not useful for the high seas, per se, but very suitable for tropical islands) and six-pointed flower stems in Brick Yellow!

Anyone spotted something useful from the upcomming CMF series? Only the goat, goatherd and fish?

Red hair with headband from the barbarian or whoever could be useful, maybe? Also looks like the weightlifter has gray shorts, which if unprinted could potentially be used for sailors or castaways. Otherwise not seeing too much that stands out as especially useful to the Pirates theme. Maybe there's other stuff that might be more noticeable once we have higher-quality official pics.

Ah yes, the hair of the barbarian  Maybe the torso will also be useful but it is impossible to tell from the leaked picture.

Will probably show up as flowers in a future botanical set as well :classic:

Was straight up my first thought, “oh look an upside down flower”.

Would love to see it with a collectable pirates minifig series, seems an appropriate part for a monkey to leave behind.

Do you think the peel will have an "anti-peg", so that you can attach a peeled banana inside as well? It looks like there is a tan (peeled) banana in the trash can. Making it a flower would also be easier with an anti-peg.

I'm pretty sure there is! Having a tan banana inside the peel makes it even better. Spinoza approves :monkey::thumbup:

I think the tan part inn the trash is an ice cream cone from the nearby ice cream kiosk, but yeah, I'm definitely also curious whether the banana peel has any connections underneath!

On another note, the LEGO Friends set 42639 (shown in this Brickset article) has some very tall palm trees using a new larger version of the fern piece (with two studs instead of just one) as fronds! Also some of the other sets like 42621 include a large leaf cluster piece for deciduous trees, but theoretically also usable for shrubs, or even for concealing a pitfall trap!
