I edited your post to add a bigger picture. It looks like you tried to upload a photo to Eurobricks. That is not the way to go. You should use the "image" button to add photos from external sites like Flickr to your posts. You'll find lots of helpful tutorials to get you started here: CLICK ME for tutorials.

When you do get the linking part figured out, please be sure to keep the photos to 800 x 600.

thanks, I tried it this time but I didn't get it to work properly apparently, I will try again after reading the tutorials. Thanks again and I hope you don't have to help me with this again.

Cool scene, I like the elevation changes and the trees are excellent

The orc hiding in the ruins is a nice detail too, great work on the chasm as well. The bridge doesn't look quite right to me though, I think a rope bridge or having the bridge at least partially tiled would look better

i do it like this: i go to my flickr and choose the htmlcode/BBCode and then i try to insert it either to the "image" button or the "special BBCode" if i do it thru the "image"button it´s just showing a broken picure in the textfield. if i go for the "special BBCcode" button and choose HTLMcode the picture is shown in the textfield but when i preview the post it´s just showing the codestring. suggestions?

Thanks. I belive you are right about the bridge, this is a older project otherwise i would have tryed to chanfe it. I use it now when i trying to learn to use EB. Hopefully i will get the hang on it soon so i can present my new project.

Okay, so Flickr can be hard to manage depending on which device (like an ipad/iphone vs. computer) and which internet browser you are using.

I guess you could pull the information you need out of the "grab the html code/BB code". From you link the code looks like this:

note: your code will NOT have the "**" I add in it. I had to do that so Eurobricks wouldn't automatically reformat that location as a link.

You'll notice the stuff after <img src= is the location of the image. I made it bold so you can see it. That is the ONLY thing you need to input after you click the image to get the picture linked.

That image would be pretty small though. Flickr automatically saves scaled pictures for you and the image locations are the same except they have a slightly different ending. Adding "_c" before the .jpg will automatically choose a picture that is 800 x 600.

So after you click the image button your image location would be:ht**tp://farm9.staticflickr.com/8050/8148423819_7f0c7d2e6f_c.jpg

Right clicking on the image on a computer will also let you select an option like "copy image location" in firefox or "properties" in internet explorer which will allow you to either directly copy the image location or view the properties of the image which will contain the image location of the image in Flickr. Again, the image name should end in something like .jpg and adding _c before the .jpg will add an appropriate sized image for you.

I just saw (on Flickr) the orcs climbing the canyon! You have a good eye for fig placement!

Very neat idea behind the build.

I like the rock-work and the trees. The figure placement is spot-on. I like the use of old dark gray and new dark blue-gray. Helps show some real variation.

I love the stone!! the ravine is a very good touch, it makes the moc look more natural. I feel sorry for that little orc child! It reminds me of the story of Thrall, being raised by the terrible humans! I really hope that scout/assassin orc can rescue him!
