May 12, 201311 yr Hey, I see a blue ice cream in the pot on the Sail Barge. First time in that color outside of SpongeBob! I like the Spider Droid, but the Stealth Starfighter will be on the line. Since it is LEGO created for the Star Wars franchise, it is certainly original, and Jek is a cool minifig, but I may or may not get it.
May 12, 201311 yr Oh dear, As far as i can tell those are stickers. I'm put off the barge now It's predecessor (6210) had stickers too.
May 12, 201311 yr As an OT-only fan, these sets are of course very disappointing. A sailbarge less good than the previously released one is not exactly all I was hoping for :( Let's hope for a 2014 with less CW and more OT!
May 12, 201311 yr I don't understand stickers putting someone off of a set. Just don't apply them. I always apply stickers, as there are sets that are improved by them, and it is good practice for the sets that are better with them. We are not having a great OT year. Just two sets to finish off the scenes with Jabba (though those are my favorite.) Maybe the Comic-Con will show us some more?

May 12, 201311 yr I agree, I hope there are more OT sets in the future. The next wave will probably be filled with OT sets, or at least we all hope. I WANT MORE STORMTROOPERS!!!! Lol

The thing is i'm going to use the stickers because they need to be there, but i'm bad at stickering, and in the end i will have a crooked sail barge. So that puts me pretty much off, especially for a set that costs more than 100andthensome euros

May 12, 201311 yr Jedi defender looks interesting, more intrigue with the figures though Agreed. That's why I'm getting it. Who thinks that LEGO should have used the Jedi Knight's horn piece in flesh for Sugi and printed her ponytail on the back?
May 13, 201311 yr Agreed. That's why I'm getting it. Who thinks that LEGO should have used the Jedi Knight's horn piece in flesh for Sugi and printed her ponytail on the back? I bet they would have, but the piece came out after the Sugi minifigure was already made. Plus, while I can see them making a new mold for Maul and Savage, Sugi probably didn't deserve one as much as they did. Then again, they also gave Aurra Sing a new hairpiece in the same set. But yeah, I think Sugi would look good with the horn piece. Anyway, I'm wondering how many figures will come with the Ewok Village. Leia seems to have been confirmed, and I'm expecting a ton of Ewoks. Force ghosts could be possible too, especially with the trans blue JEK-14 arm. Or they could make them how they did the soldiers of the dead from Lord of the Rings.
May 13, 201311 yr Force ghosts may be out of LEGO's league. Force ghosts are solid colors, with a blue aura and are transparent. Trans-blue minifigs wouldn't work, especially since Yoda's head is rubber.
May 13, 201311 yr (...) Anyway, I'm wondering how many figures will come with the Ewok Village. Leia seems to have been confirmed, and I'm expecting a ton of Ewoks. Force ghosts could be possible too, especially with the trans blue JEK-14 arm. Or they could make them how they did the soldiers of the dead from Lord of the Rings. I'd definitely love a Force ghost... Lego's evidently experimenting with transparent minifig parts, so a Force Obi Wan is not entirely off the books. As far as other figures are concerned: I'm expecting about three Ewoks, to be honest. Not sure what possibilties there are for new Ewoks: we've already had Chief Chirpa, Wicket and Paploo included in The Battle Of Endor and Logray and Tokkat in Ewok Attack: and these are pretty much the main Ewok characters (and Tokkat is a 'B-cast Ewok'). They could do a Paploo (using Logray's mold), and Kneesaa would be a very nice addition, but that's about it unless they introduce more generic Ewoks. Furthermore, Leia is all but confirmed, and I'm guessing C-3PO is a no-brainer. And IF a force ghost was to be added, then Luke would also seem necessary.
May 13, 201311 yr im not a fan of stickers myself and will not be applying any unless i really want to keep a model for display. I don't understand stickers putting someone off of a set. Just don't apply them. I always apply stickers, as there are sets that are improved by them, and it is good practice for the sets that are better with them. We are not having a great OT year. Just two sets to finish off the scenes with Jabba (though those are my favorite.) Maybe the Comic-Con will show us some more? i just figured that there are 4 more than i could spot right away (on each side). but u could substitute the flaps with stickers (in the back of the ship) with a construction of these: 2 x http://www.brickset.com/parts/?part=6008297 3 x http://www.brickset.com/parts/?part=241226 1 x http://www.brickset.com/parts/?part=4216695 or even with reversed colors i still like most of the new sets (beside the cw starhopper because its way to bulky and i dont like the cw-heads) i might be getting only one big set (sailbarge would go well with me dessert skiff) and bricklink the rest of the figures ( Stass Allie, Dooku, Padme, Obiwan, Annakin) - most set only have 1 figure im interested in (except for the sail barge and the republic gunship) and are not overly stunning partswise.
May 13, 201311 yr Trans-blue minifigs wouldn't work, especially since Yoda's head is rubber. They can paint Yoda's head blue instead of green. That should solve the problem nicely. The thing to remember is that these are toys aimed at children and 1000% accuracy is not needed. Trans blue is as near as Lego can get to an aura and that works pretty good in my opinion.

They can easily do the force ghosts without translucent pieces, as they are doing that with the green ghosts from lord of the rings.
May 13, 201311 yr I think that the Ewok Village will include Ewok Village Leia, an updated Endor Luke, C-3P0 and three Ewoks. Possibly Teebo, a generic Ewok and a Chief Chirpa update.

Well this set is going to be a UCS so I think it will come with a few more minifigures than that. I think it will come with Three Ewoks, leia, Luke, han, Lando, C-3PO, Obi-Wan force ghost, yoda force ghost and Anikan force ghost.
