Honorable Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 Since we will have the Ewok Village in September, should we expect a second UCS set this year, or will the EV (which is more a big playset) replace the H2 UCS ? They usually only release 2 USC every year. Last year's where R2-D2 and the B-wing, and this year's being the X-wing and Ewok Village. Quote
Darth Malgus Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 Actually the sets are available in Australia, they were sighted over the weekend, I passed on them this weekend, hoping I get a set for my birthday... Several retailers have them. Quote
Tariq j Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 I've just got the Argos catalogue and it turns out the advent calender is available from September. Quote
kermit Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 Does that mean the ewok village is replacing the death star? Quote
Tariq j Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 Does that mean the ewok village is replacing the death star? I wasn't aware there was a death star coming but this year the village is second UCS. Quote
montgocloud Posted July 30, 2013 Posted July 30, 2013 Does that mean the ewok village is replacing the death star? Tariq, I'm fairly sure he means 10188. And to answer your question, there is no evidence of this being the case but anything is possible. I imagine if LEGO was going to retire 10188, they would do so after the Christmas season. Quote

CM4Sci Posted August 5, 2013 Posted August 5, 2013 This probably doesn't mean anything, but at a Target yesterday, I saw a really cool SW display. It had EVERY 2013 figure on a big stand on the left, with JEK-14 in the middle, with an orange light shining on him. And on the right was the Spider Droid, Duel on Geonosis, and JEK-14's Stealth Starfighter. (which is much bigger in real life) It was really neat, I'll have to get a pic next time I go shopping. -Sci Quote
Darth Nader Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 When are the reviews on eurobricks for the new sets coming out? I knew a few have been made, but ones on the rest of them are long overdue. Quote

Clone OPatra Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 When are the reviews on eurobricks for the new sets coming out? I knew a few have been made, but ones on the rest of them are long overdue. Reviews aren't a given; they get made when/if people feel like making them, so either some of the more regular reviewers haven't been interested in the sets, or they haven't found the time or desire to make reviews. As clone'o patra said they army given I'm planning to do one of jabbas sail barge and the mandolorian speeder. September? Wow that seems kind of early. In England that's the case, I think they release them early because by december they're all sold out. Quote

I'm surprised that they haven't been done yet. I picked up 4 sets today, 3 of which I couldn't find a topic with the number in the title so if I get any time I will try to do them. Quote

TheWorldAhead Posted August 15, 2013 Posted August 15, 2013 Any word on the availability of Planets Series 4 in the United States? I understand that the line will be cancelled starting next year, but I hope to goodness that I can complete the collection, especially Hoth and Alderaan. Quote
