Amazing pics! This year's SW sets are going to be bigger for me than last year's. Gonna have to start putting pennies in the jar...

Agreed... though from the looks of it, I'm gonna need a bigger jar. Maybe one of those gigantic plastic tubs!

All of these are likely must-buys except the barge, and even that I'll have to snap up a loose Rebo. [Wallet cries]

I hope the Ewok Village doesn't disappoint. So much speculation and excitement might end up letting us down in the end. I check here every day hoping for an Ewok Village update. C'mon TLG, my Ewoks on the Endor shelf are homeless! ;)

A big thx for those crystal clear pics, grogall!

Probably it's just me - but JEK-14's starfighter strongly reminds me of the E-Wing Starfighter, which was first introduced in the Dark Empire comics. It had become part of the fleets in each of the RPGs ever since but definitely belongs into the New Republic Era.

What is this JEK-14 thingy supposed to be about? TCW or even TOR?

Despite minor differences, i bet that this ship was based on the E-Wing concept. And the figs are even more odd - a clone (or what) with a mechanical arm (which is not unheard of: http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20070126041419/starwars/images/e/e2/Baodurfulltelos.jpg ) and a lightsaber? A blue stormie with an (energy?) shield?

This whole set does not yet fit into any imagination of Star Wars i have. Anyone knows?

Its already been mentioned Jeks starfighter looks like its based off the E-wing, probably intended to become a 'predecessor' to it.

The small AT-TE is definitely an AT-TE, not an AT-OT. AT-Te has the gun on top, which the little image of it does have.

I can't wait to get my hands on Jeks ship, seems the most appealing to me. Look forward to hopefully getting the newer gunship and AT-TE, just because they will add to my current sets.and the mando speeder =D

Not sure if anybody has noticed this but the new LEGO Star Wars 2013 Summer sets are now available to purchase on Amazon.es with a delivery date of 2-3 weeks.

LEGO 75016 Star Wars Homing Spider Droid €45.10

LEGO 75017 Star Wars Duel on Geonosis €59.10

LEGO 75019 Star Wars AT-TE €99.10

I don't think its a turret, but rather a bar for the dropship to clip onto, I'm presuming.

I think the new Gunship is pretty good looking. I am disappointed with the lack of clones, however. The GS's were full of clones in the movie, but here we only get two. I would have traded the stupid battle droids for a couple more plain clones. More on the other sets later.

It's more than simply "looks a bit like" it's almost dead on to the E Wing presented in the artwork in Del Ray Essential Guide to Vehicles and Vessels books.

The actual time period of the show is unclear, beyond "some point after the start of the Clone Wars". It's a Lego show, not a cannon SW story, so like most of the Lego shows it will probably be a mash up of time periods. If you want to mentally rationalize it in an actual timeline somewhere. The E Wing was a fighter the New Republic used to replace the X Wing. Given that, it may be thought that it was developed by the Empire, prior to the Emperors fall (probably as a counter to the hyperdrive equipped X Wings), some prototype models were in testing, or being used for solo special operations, but it had not yet seen full production or deployment. (That's my pile of pure bull plop that I am using to justify it in my hanger, and I'm sticking to it. ; p)

I'd have to agree, they are probably just placeholder prices for the moment, I imagine they will change closer to release to be more in line with the USD.

I will be getting that sail barge eventually, but it will have to take a backseat to Orthanc.

I have confirmation from a friend who is working in a german Lego Store that the summer wave will be available this friday (10.05.2013). Maybe everywhere in Europe?

Anyone know when we get info on comic con exclusive?

Not till July, at the least...

Looks like ima have to budget hard for the summer sets, overall a lot better than what was released first half of the year

Always admired the gunship despite not owning one so will have to grab couple of these though the fig lineup is not amazing, the barge is one of the ugliest build i have ever seen, regardless its a must pick up for the figures, will probably use the parts along with the old 6210 to build a super barge, the stealth fighter comes with some of the most eccentric looking star wars figures i've ever see, must get one of these just for that factor and might round of the buying bonanza with the duel set :grin:

The sets are great and the mini figures too. However I hope those prices are inflated because they are way too expensive. It seems most of the sets are in the higher price bracket which makes no sense.

So based on the Germany release, the US release timeframe is looking like July or August?

The sets are to be released first days of June in DK.

I'll buy it - but that says more about me than the quality of the set...

What does it...do? Two panels open but the 'cockpit' (?) is too small to fit anyone? Odd choice for a £90 set
