Vash the Stampede Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 "We could all use some healing it seems, where are those roots when you need them. And who turned the lights out?" Dreyrugr sits in the back row and does nothing unless told to otherwise.
herrJJ Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 OOC: Why did the Novice die? Triple shot does not triple the damage output but attacks three enemies in a row. Or did you counted it like this because it was the last enemy in the order and there is technically no next foe?
CMP Posted September 22, 2013 Author Posted September 22, 2013 Or did you counted it like this because it was the last enemy in the order and there is technically no next foe? Yeah. I believe that's the way it's run when this is the case.
CMP Posted September 22, 2013 Author Posted September 22, 2013 Yeah. I believe that's the way it's run when this is the case. Apparently that's not the case. Editing.
Palathadric Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 "Can anyone else think of a plan that doesn't involve throwing a smoke bomb, healing and rearming ourselves, and coming back to defeat them? herrJJ Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 Nessa shot three bolts in the crowd of enemies. The novice fell down but got up again. So Nessa attacked him again from the back.

Palathadric Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 "We can take them with us. Besides, it's we that they're after, not them. They will probably attempt to attack us upstairs if we were to retreat there, wouldn't they?"
CMP Posted September 22, 2013 Author Posted September 22, 2013 "If you have not noticed, they're surrounded. Cover of smoke or not, we cannot rescue them until these pathological murderers are dead." Soryx paused. "They may be after you, but it is strange they did not have a more prepared group for the ambush. They knew you were coming, why did not they not gather more men...?"
Palathadric Posted September 22, 2013 Posted September 22, 2013 "Overconfidence is a regular frailty of the demonic kind, but you make a good point..." Vash the Stampede Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 He's barely been hitting anything this whole Quest. Yes, I've been rolling for it. I've been hitting a bit, unless you mean with just the dagger.
CMP Posted September 23, 2013 Author Posted September 23, 2013 I've been hitting a bit, unless you mean with just the dagger. I meant with the dagger, but that's mostly just because you haven't used it in a while. I have been rolling for stun, though, it's just almost never worked.

Palathadric Posted September 23, 2013 Posted September 23, 2013 A couple things: the Novice should be Ko'ed as Erik's regular hit would have dealt 80 damage, so a Extra Critical one should have dealt more than that. Also, I don't think you deducted health from Sylph. One last thing is that due to the 50/50 glasses, Sylph's scrolls should last an extra round, I don't believe you took that into effect...or? Battle Order: >Pretzel: Acolyte A >Erik: Lighter Armour >Nessa: Acolyte A (B if Dead) Soryx: Acolyte A (B if Dead) >Dreyrugr: Acolyte B (Nothing if Acolyte B already Targeted) >Sylph: Tonic "Thank you, Druid! None too early either. Charge, gentlemen. With three members of their clann down. We are in the lead!" How much of a multiplier does "Favouring" give? x3

Vash the Stampede Posted September 24, 2013 Posted September 24, 2013 Dreyrugr attacks Acolyte B from the back row unless already targeted.
