June 11, 201311 yr Neither straight away. Largely depends on whether Xbox exclusives come on 360 as well as X1. If they do, I'll get a PS4, if not I guess I'll have to get an X1.
June 11, 201311 yr PS4 - mostly out of habit as I've had every PlayStation and not gone down the Xbox route.
June 11, 201311 yr After most info have dropped, I can say that the PS4 is going to be it for me. 100 bucks less, and NO restrictions. Yep, I'm in. I don't really care for the X-Box exclusives. Sony already had part of me after their PS4 reveal.
June 11, 201311 yr Author PS4 - mostly out of habit as I've had every PlayStation and not gone down the Xbox route. Same with me. The PS4 looks incredible and from what we've seen, includes all the features I'd want from a console.
June 11, 201311 yr Neither! Why would I want to play video games when there is LEGO to be played with? Both of them seem like a waste of time, money and effort.
June 11, 201311 yr And Sony just stated that the PS4 will be regionfree. Is there anything left that Sony can punch Microsoft with or is the next step free icecream for every PS4 bought?
June 11, 201311 yr ps4 most likely, as i am already a ps3 user. the price is also the game changer here
June 11, 201311 yr Always bought xbox and nintendo but I have to admit. PS4 is just better this time. It-s time for change I guess.
June 11, 201311 yr Neither. They both lack any major technological advance worth investing £500. The only thing that this generation has over the last is new console exclusives (none of which entice me), and a feeling of being spied upon. Huzzah.
June 11, 201311 yr Neither. I'm totally over the console wars, and my girls are still pretty happy with an old Wii and a few used games. With games going for $50-60 apiece, it's just an unnecessary expense. As far as I can see, it's strictly tabletop gaming, Lego and free tablet/phone games from here on out. June 11, 201311 yr I have a Wii U, and to be honest, it's a bit disappointing - nothing really elevates it beyond a Wii. I've had the PS3 since it came out, and while I'm not a particularly heavy gamer, the PS3 is still turned on the most.
June 12, 201311 yr Neither, I'll stay with my Xbox 360. But if I had to choose one, the Wii U looks great.
June 12, 201311 yr I've always been a gamer, and after The Atari, NES, and Super NES, I've owned and played mainly the Playstation 1, 2, and 3 (with the small exception of the Wii which now collects dust). So, I already preordered the PS4. I'm not one of these Sony fanboys; I have just enjoyed my experience with Sony even before all this DRM and connectivity issues were revealed for the next gen. I will say that I think Microsoft is right with where gaming is going; they just may have made the switch too fast and too abruptly, and now they are paying the PR price for it. No matter though, as I said, the PS4 is preordered, and I'll enjoy the next line of games on that system.
June 12, 201311 yr Author I'd have to disagree, I think this online 'phase' will pass and it was wrong of Microsoft to base a whole console around it. They will pay for this!
June 12, 201311 yr Xbox is down I repeat Xbox is down! Some one call an ambulance Wii U Wii U Wii U Wii U Wii U Wii U
June 12, 201311 yr Xbox is down I repeat Xbox is down! Some one call an ambulance Wii U Wii U Wii U Wii U Wii U Wii U Nice Reddit steal. Seriously, Wii U should be an option on here. It would definitely get more votes than the Xbox One!
June 12, 201311 yr Nice Reddit steal. Seriously, Wii U should be an option on here. It would definitely get more votes than the Xbox One! I saw it on Imgur Any ways I think the WiiU will still win in the gaming community.
