I came up with some new plant designs for this (at least as far as I know).

The tower has a full interior and all the doors open.

Joktan and Jayan succeeded in gaining the support of the Hradcanny dwarves and are leading them to attack a Hand of Corruption Castle. Here they pass by the city walls of Bannockburn:

I always find myself envious of the scale of your builds and everyone else's for that matter. Nice wall, and the path below is pretty darn good as well. I really like your minifig combinations too.

Overall this is a freakin' sweet build.

Thank you, don't worry about how big everyone else builds, it takes time to build a decent collection :classic:

Cool build. So cool it's icy.

My only issue with it is the name. Is there supposed to be a river nearby?

Thanks, as far as the name I just needed a name and so grabbed a city out of a book I'd been reading

Hah, so did you make the plants and then decided to make a castle to go with them?

Looks great! I love the angle and changing height of the wall. Great job!

 No, but the plants were the only brand new techniques in this build for me :classic:

Well, that's a very nice wall & tower & landscaping & minifig combinations & ... .Oh well, everything really looks cool

Thanks DM, and in Mitgardia "cool" is always the goal

Great tower, an I like the snowy landscape, especially the fact that you've remembered to put some snow on top of the plants as well.

Thanks, the snow on the plants makes them look much better :classic:

As always, very nice! I really like your builds, they are detailed, have cool figs, and they are just awesome. Keep it up!

Thanks jeroenaa, I'll try

This looks really great. How many pieces did you use for it?

Thank you. It is hard to say, I would guess somewhere between one and two thousand. The wall is mostly hollow as are the rocks under the tower so that saves pieces :classic:

Great work as usual, very Migardian. However, am I the only one who finds it puzzling that the plates seem to be above the snow?

Thanks kabel :sweet: As to the path, I imagined it as a rather worn cobblestone road, the stones that are missing leave holes for the snow to accumulate in, does that make sense?

This looks great Sk!! I love the different heights of the wall! Well done!

Thanks de Gothia! This is my second time doing a wall stepping up a slope, but the first time was on a much smaller scale. It adds a lot of interest to a plain wall :classic:

Beautiful build, as always from you I might add!

I especially like the wall and how it bends both horizontally and climbs the slope. And your minifig composition is brilliant!

I agree that the holes in the road look somewhat weird (I really like the idea of holes in the old pavement though), on a build with this level of perfection I would probably have preferred to see the holes filled with snow in the form of white plates or tiles to the same level as the surrounding stone. Otherwise, trans-clear plates (with white or brown studs underneath) or tiles to show frozen water in some of the holes would possibly have looked great :classic:

Thanks Gideon, very good suggestion for the snow, that would achieve the look I was going for, yet look more realistic
