TenorPenny Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 A terrific keep..! I would almost think of making the statue in white, to match the wings, and maybe just the plinth in grey? Just a thought. Quote
ZCerberus Posted July 2, 2013 Posted July 2, 2013 Sorry I missed BW this year. Come back to Avalonia! We miss you! Quote
iamded Posted July 3, 2013 Posted July 3, 2013 This is great! I love seeing large scale MOCs like this, packed with detail and bustling with activity. A wonderful creation! Quote

Silver.Smith Posted July 5, 2013 Author Posted July 5, 2013 (edited) I finally had a chance have some excellent photos, taken by the wifey, added to the original post, check them out! And again, thanks all of the kind words! Sorry I missed BW this year. Come back to Avalonia! We miss you! My next build will be pure Avalonia, I have something special planned (if I can pull it off). I am planning on making it to Brickworld 2014, if you will be there I look forward to meeting you and seeing some of your excellent MOCs in person. Edited July 5, 2013 by Silver.Smith Quote
coot83 Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 Beautiful work Silver Smith! I am curious as Im just starting to get my feet wet with making my own basic customs, but did you use any software like LDD to experiment and plan out the build? I cant imagine the forethought and planning involved in bringing that beautiful scene to life. I assume you went to bricklink to get some of the legos as well? Thanks in advance! Coot Quote
Tym Posted July 6, 2013 Posted July 6, 2013 This is a very nice MOC, I like the details on the roads and trees. I also agree with DeanFS, the roofs really make the whole thing look dull and boring. But good job! love the ideas! Quote
Josephthetrooper Posted July 17, 2013 Posted July 17, 2013 Wow, the size and details of this Moc are amazing! Quote
