Inspired by discussion in the Series 11 Speculation Thread, I pose a simple question to my fellow CMF collectors...

Out of all of the series of the popular CMF theme, which individual figs have you collected the greatest quantities of?

The CMF has proven a great source for army-builders across the globe, so which figures have you bought the most multiples of?

The Spartan? The Elf? The Galaxy Patrol? Aztec? Conquistador? Zombie? Flamenco Dancer???? Who??!!

I invite all of you to list your Top 3 Army-Builder CMF minifigs.

And I'll go first--

1. Evil Knight, Series 7 - 19 figs

2. Revolutionary Solder, Series 10 - 18 figs

3. Evil Dwarf, Series 5 - 15 figs

Obviously this is not a boasting thread to see who's spent the most money on CMFs, but rather what individual fig has been purchased the most. It'll be interesting to compare results, and potentially name the most popular army-builder fig of the entire series. Thanks!

Personally, I don't army build, but I do try to buy one extra figure each series, though it is random. I've got a mechanic, Viking Woman, and Mr. Good and Evil. However, I think the top three figures for army building would be

3. Revolutionary Soldier- Series 10

2. Spartan Warrior- Series 2

1. Elf- Series 3

I'm not much of an army builder, so this is quite easy:

1. Elf (5)

2. Evil Knight (4)

3. Spartan (3)

I kinda thought I might have bought three Minotaurs, Highland Warriors or Evil Dwarves, for example, but apparently I was content with two of each. And back in the day I certainly anticipated buying lots of Heroic Knights, but boy was I disappointed with the design. In the end two was more than enough.

As much of an army builder I am, I didn't do it with a lot of figures...

1) Revolutionary Soldier 16

2) Roman Commander 16

3) Warrior Woman 8

(Then I have 7 each of Conquistador, Actor, and Roman Soldier)

Part of me really regrets buying all of the Roman commanders since I don't really care about him ultimately. I definitely wanted multiples of the Revolutionary soldier though since I am a classic castle/pirates nostalgic fan.

for me it will be the s9 policeman. looks so much better than the regular city police figs, and im trying to build my own police force!

-edit-

just read top 3

i dont think i could choose 3, as i only purposely buy multiples of the policemen, but if i had to it would be:

1. series 9 policeman

2. series 6/series 10 romans, with the series 9 emperor as their boss

3. series 10 revolutionary soldiers

First off, great Idea for a thread! I'm afraid my pockets are allot tighter than yours in this regards... your list makes me quite green,

1. Evil Knight, Series 7 - 5 figures

2. Vampire Bat, Series 8 - 4 figures

3. Galaxy Patrol, Series 7 - 3 figures

(Runners up: Viking Woman and Kimono Girl -2 figures each)

I love the Evil Knight and his badass armour, and hope to find more somewhere and continue building my army of dark knights. yours is seriously jealousy-inducing. . Same goes for the Bat, which is the cutest, bestest minifigure Lego ever produced. (   ) I will not be content until I have enough to line my room in them. Aside from that, though, I don't have a real MOCing need for them, which is kind of sad considering how beautiful they are. :cry_sad: Galaxy Patrolers are always good! They're a great fig to have in numbers. I'd have loved to army build the Samurai, as I have a real interest in pre-western influence Asian cultures, which is one of the reasons I have two Kimono girls (that's such a cute figure! ) And I got the Viking Woman twice for the great intense/angry female face and the generic medieval female body.

Galactic patrol - 8 (Best minifigure ever. 8 is nice squad number)

Sailor - 6 (just enough to look right on a small ship)

Hazmat suit guy - 4 (I keep hoping for other colours)

 Even if I wanted, that's impossible.

Heads have been removed and replaced by Garmadon's heads making the knight totally black now.

Ha! I always exchange the heads too. The red eyes aren't all that useful in most cases. I prefer to use regular people heads.

In an army, people cannot have all the same head!

My read eyes heads were to the jungle boy, removed hair piece, created EVIL CULTISTS! :D

Try it! ;)
