Hello there EuroBricks staff,

I am unable to report a member it states, "unable to see which content you are trying to report" Or something similar.

Hope this is not a hard to fix problem or it is on my end,

All the best

Liam

The report member button on the 'member profile' page has been broken for ages and for all the members,I did mention it a while back but nothing happened.

Instead we have to use the report button on that topic to alert staff.

Thank you for the quick reply Bonapart! Have watched you take care of this site for around five years and it's wonderful to see you are still active!

It would appear to be as you said Alasdair I used the report button on the topic also so will just continue to do so in the future :-)

Thank you all!

While searching for a location (my city) in the members directory, I came upon his bogus profile with lots of spamvertising linky-loos:

http://www.eurobrick...?showuser=11648

Why it came up for my city, I don't know unless it in the mess of text on there. No matter, I see a button at the lower right that says "Report this member," cool, I click and it says something like "Oops, an error! We can't determine what kind of content you are trying to report!" and maybe an error code [#10135]

Not a big problem, but it might mean the button doesn't work for any one.

Thanks for all the hard work on the site keeping it low on spam!

This is a known issue, as you can see from the topic I've merged your thread with.

It looks like this Member hasn't been online since 2010, but you're right to point out the broken button function.

I'm not sure if the Admins have looked into it, but I assume it's low priority as there is an obvious workaround: simply report a post instead of the member.

Anyway, the spam user you mentioned is gone. Thanks for the "report".
