Never thought I'd care about the packaging of a Lego set, but goddamn that is one nice box.

No sign of it selling out in NZ* after a couple of hours. I dare say they've got more than enough copies to cover the few of us who were aware of it and waiting. Be interesting to see how long it takes to go.

Edit: *Durr, it's not stocked locally.

Dont you feel yet sick when seeing this 5 numbers: 4 1 9 9 9 ?

nope, RM8 your design of the boss crawler would have to be one of the most eagerly anticipated Lego sets and many Technic fans like myself cannot wait to see it in the flesh!!

NZ is the same, shipped from Denmark, but by being sold in NZ, on a NZ website, we dont have to pay import duties, the seller is responsible for them.

I don't know about NZ but I have to pay an "overseas exchange" fee.....

The bank does charge an overseas exchange fee for the money transaction but that is very small compared to the import cost and duties.

Just wondering how long does it take for orders to show up on you lego ID account ?

"My LEGO® Order History" You have no orders to display

Thanks.

I have the same with the 42008 and 42009 I ordered first thing this morning, yet the 41999 I ordered about two hrs later is showing there, both amounts have been authorised by my bank though, I did email Lego about 1/2 hr ago so they can check it out, may be their website was a little busy this morning.

I just came to the conclusion that there are too many "cool" in the set description. At least 6.

HAHA, true,

I noticed that something changes when you change the region to Australia, but you can't do that when in you Lego ID account. Weird :hmpf_bad:

41999 is just up at the LEGO US Store. Placed my order + a 8879 speed remote control. Booyah! I'm on the west coast btw. Ps. Well, this is interesting. They made the 41999 available for order on the S@H site, but took down 42008, 42009 and other 2H2013 sets. No matter, I'll order the 42009 next week when I get my store credit! OMG OMG! Woot! Got my order confirmation email already!

That doesn't work. I think I'm gonna call lego support

Click on "Themes" and then select the set from there...

The site appears to be slammed.. It is even saying that they are having problems...

Their server obviously got slammed hard...

I would love to see the numbers behind the amount of traffic they will get in the next few days, I bet it would be an amazingly high number.

All right! Here's another proud owner of 41999. Well, in theory, at least... no official email confirmation yet. :look:

Anyone interested in purchasing my 9398?

I don't expect the 41999 to be up on shop at home for very long...

I played it smart and split my order up into 2 different ones with BTTF sets so I could get 2 of those hot dog stand polybags for free...
