legotechnicblue Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 S@H was so slow so I will just try again in the morning. Do you think it will still be available in 10 hours? Quote
FuzzyBallz Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 S@H was so slow so I will just try again in the morning. Do you think it will still be available in 10 hours? Don't worry, there aren't enough AFOL in your region buying up all the sets in one night, especially with the 2 set limitation. Quote
Paul Boratko Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Don't worry, there aren't enough AFOL in your region buying up all the sets in one night, especially with the 2 set limitation. There is a 2 set per order, but I wonder what happens if you try and order 2 more..? When Toys R Us was running the BOGO deal, they limited you to 2, but you could just place another order for 2 more... Quote
PhilipJPhry Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 I don't expect the 41999 to be up on shop at home for very long... I played it smart and split my order up into 2 different ones with BTTF sets so I could get 2 of those hot dog stand polybags for free... I tried to do the same thing, but the hot dog stand wasn't showing up with my second order. So now, I get the mech set, but even though it says I qualify for free shipping, it's charging me $17 for shipping. Anyone else having that problem? Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 So now, I get the mech set, but even though it says I qualify for free shipping, it's charging me $17 for shipping. Anyone else having that problem? Yeah, everything pertaining to bonus gifts, free shipping, VIP points, order histories, and probably more things are messed up right now. "Technical difficulties" probably just mean large influx in order processing and website traffic, affecting their servers Quote
Kwon Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 I just noticed in this picture, the 6L links are attached the wrong way... And Rm8 put them right: Cant wait for this set! Any word, are they sending them to top 100 yet? Nice point Zblj! Quote
kou Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Would it be possible to order from bricklink with an affordable price? Quote
tduby Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 just got my confermation email and also says hotdog cart will be shipped wit orer nice little bonus for my nephews since I'm not really into city sets anymore. Now I gotta be a good boy so Sanata brings me 420008. Good night Quote

bsze Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 The whole s@h site is just screwed. The system doesnt calculate taxes, always says missing information, doesnt do free shipping. Its just done and I dont think it will get fixed until tomorrow morning. Quote
Doc_Brown Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Its says out of stock for Australia! And shipping 5th of Sept. http://shop.lego.com/en-AU/4x4-Crawler-Exclusive-Edition-41999?_requestid=3502414 Quote

First payment card was refused after three attempts making it banned on site for 24 hours...and phone orders are unavailable at this time. Swapped to another computer and another card and got the order processed. I called S@H yesterday and they told me that US have their own order system and site separate from the rest. Do they charge the card now or when the order ship? Quote
zux Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 German S@H states now: Out of stock, expected ship date 5 Sep 2013 So I think it was worth getting this set at night after all. Quote
Alternator Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 (edited) Same for New Zealand... I have no idea how many were provisioned to these areas though - but it does make me glad I actually placed the order during my lunch break... blimey I get home from work and that's it (so not even 1 day of availability). I really hope they weren't bought by people who're just going to markup the price and on sell! Edited August 1, 2013 by Alternator Quote
bsze Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 The site doesnt apply the free shipping to any order even if its over $75. I placed an order anyways and I will call them to make an adjustment tomorrow. Quote
Bubu Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 I was only reading this topic, but now I must ask you a question. In S@H in Poland it also says 'Out of stock, expected ship date 5 Sep 2013' ,but add to bag buttoon is still available so I could buy the Boss. My question is should I buy it because they are really still avaliable, or it's just S@H site overload and there are really no more 41999? It's strange . What do you think? I'm asking because I don't want to pay for set that I'll never receive Quote
Jim Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Just ordered the 41999 without any real problems. I had to change the country several times back to the Netherlands, but eventually I managed to order it for € 185 including s&h. I was in doubt whether I should order this model. However, seeing it available online, made me realize I would regret it later, if I didn't. Actually I am glad I hit the button. The limited edition rims, blue parts and the plethora of power functions made me do this Quote

Just remember they wont charge you for something they can't supply. Quote

And I don't think they ran out of stock that soon. 20.000 is quite a lot for a set which only a dedicated group of AFOLs are aware of. Quote
dhc6twinotter Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 U.S. LEGO S@H is also saying out of stock. Says it will ship in 30 days. Quote

There are a lot of collectors and also a lot of ppl that will buy 5+ sets to flip later on. i think its sold out online. Quote
