efferman Posted July 20, 2013 Posted July 20, 2013 Here is another page about that suction truck. http://www.felbermay...&L=0/zboard.php BTW make sure the page is in english. If my link is correct it should be but i first found the german page and only later realized that it can be translated. Look in the top left for a way to choose language. Seeing the brochure made me think that this is indeed a real vehicle because that first picture looks more like a transformer in mid transformation. oh its real, iam, building this suction excavators at my working place. Lakop Posted July 20, 2013 Posted July 20, 2013 A garbage/refuse truck is a good idea. I remember toys of refuse trucks many years ago, probably corgi. Also why not a container truck like the side loader or an Eddie Stobart truck and trailer. An american sytle fire truck as suggested would certainly get my attention. H Quote
FuzzyBallz Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Obviously the best flagship LEGO technic model would be a mini nuclear sub for first half of the year, followed by a mini nuclear aircraft carrier. Anything less is just another reiteration of a past model. Quote

Anything less is just another reiteration of a past model. Clearly :) I have always been a fan of rubbish trucks and recently started to MOC up my own. A write up with pictures and videos is on my blog. Quote
Technyk32231 Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 (edited) How about some mini-sets that add onto the 8110 unimog, like the cement mixer addon that replaces the included crane and pickup bed, or maybe a set that adds the lawnmower attachment on ? Perhaps the train car pulling unimog Not as many people would buy that, because not everyone has the Unimog. why not a complete different excavating machine?, many moving functions, tires and panels I feel like I just recently saw a lego model of one of those. I think it was a triple challenge entry on this forum. Edited December 18, 2013 by Technyk32231 Quote
DrJB Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 Either that or you can do a Pontiac Aztek ... Believe it or not, this is how the target customers called that vehicle ... But, I digress. Would be neat if u could include some PF e.g. A compactor ... Etc. Quote

Doc_Brown Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 I'm thinking of working on my own garbage truck using unimog wheels and of course picking up this little beauty! http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/390622425740?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649 Quote
otpi Posted December 18, 2013 Posted December 18, 2013 A fire engine of any kind would be a big seller to kids Also, it would be a good opportunity to introduce some new parts... A fire engine with a working water hose! I can see that as a winner! yay! Quote
